In this part of the video although I am not Spanish I understand that tapas means Appetizers whether it be hot or cold and not an entrée from my understanding as this just another food fad.But the influence of Spanish food is making a mark.especially in the NYC AREA and I don't mind Spanish food as it has good portion control and is not overpriced and to a degree I can make a lot of it.and there are a lot of Spanish people in the city and if you go to the supermarket it's really cheap like making Chinese food just have to understand the rules as I am Chinese, Hawaiian from Honolulu Hawaii 4th generation but Chinese food is more American style but that doesn't matter as long as you like it is all that counts as I have given away my recipes to people and they like it.just like watching Guy and the places he goes to but people will be very creative and it gives me ideas as long as it makes sense and doesn't break the bank it's OK.and many a time people post so make different things it's not funny but very entertaining other than watching TV, or listening to the radio it's OK because Americans love entertainment in any way or sort.
