Rightly said by the chef, as he realized that in India food is more about the taste and the quantity( and quality to a certain level ofcourse) people don't really care about exotic presentation and stuff( except for a 5 star hotel), as long as the food is delicious and in sufficient quantity, you can sell any dish. Indian cuisine is like a box of surprises because you expect a dish to look like something, but when you take the first bite, you'll be blown away by the spices and flavors and you eventually end up enjoying the meal.

Keep in mind the majority spices we proud ourselves over were imported from south america and arabian mediterranean region the few native spices like pepper, cardamom and cinnamon are not very popular.

His ersonality is so great.
13:47 He is saying Laal Maas & lamb bro 😂 NOT Lamprais. Lamprais is SriLankan. Laal Maas is traditional Rajasthani dish.
Great .. He just sounds like ..going to sing. “ I like to move it move it “ …….
I don't understand how you can appreciate crepe, after eating dosa 👏👏
Different foods, just under the same category.
It's like saying you like sandwiches, why eat burgers.
Besides,Dosa is more akin to a Gallette ,then a traditional crepe, which is more similar to the Bengali dessert called pati-shapta.
Also, Stop.
With an open mind and refined palate.
the amount of times he mentioned Rajasthan shows the beauty of tradition stories and wonderful food
