    Ingredients:
    1 can of chickpeas
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Thyme (this seems like too much to me)
    1/4 tsp Salt
(I'm guessing on the amounts. If unsure, just taste it.)
    Preheat oven to 375°
    1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
    2. Spread on baking sheet, and bake for 30 min.
    3. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, thyme, and salt.
    4. Bake for 10-15 min until golden and crispy.
(I just wrote what was in the video, but I used spices that I like. I left out the thyme, and added about 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp parsley, and pepper.)

To share my experience: i forgot to let them 30 min in oven and then season them, i just placed my chickpeas seasoned in the oven for 45 min. My tray was full of chickpeas and the crunchiest were the ones more on the outside. The ones in the middle were a little soft, so let some space between your chickpeas.
    Anyways, they are so gooood!

Clarissa Martinez it’s what happens because people always complain about women not smiling the right way or not enough, or lacking energy and it makes the people watching the woman depressed (according to themselves), all of that complaining will some take to heart, and this is the result! Just look at you complaining about her even though you clicked to get food ideas but you focus on her as if your entire day is ruined without noticing that the ones who need to fix their cringe behavior is you guys for being rude and acting entitled to have her behave a certain way that you find acceptable.
Get over yourselves! And you, Clarissa, should especially know better than to be so rude to her since you are also an adult woman and fully aware what it feels like to be critiqued for simply existing! Enough with the digs an an effort to change her or any other female!

I made a batch of these...Surprisingly good. They are like corn nuts that are better for your teeth!
Dogs love them too. It's not bad for them, and they will do just about anything for a chickpea "kibble."
When a kid, there was a restaurant that had garbanzo beans in their salads. For some reason, these beans like blue cheese dressing a lot. Maybe there's a veganizing opportunity there... :)

Nice basic recipe, but I'll make it with an alternate group of spices including garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, turmeric, nutritional yeast & a smidgen of "spike". I can't help it ( the spice combo), it's what I put on my popcorn, but I'm trying to cut that habit to drop 10 lbs. Thanks for sharing!

Logical idea to dry roast the beans 1st if you use a can of drained beans. Unfortunately, my beans were packed in some kind of gel and didn't dry enough with the time & temp you offered. I'll have to try again bcs there were still addictive with the spice combo you suggested. Thanks so much for sharing!

So this is the second time making these according to your recipe, I don't find them very crunchy. The second time was better that the first time. I thought my oven runs lower than I set it, so I bumped it up 25 degrees. I don't get the crunchy noise yours make in the video. The outside is a bit crisp but the inside is not - a bit mushy even. When I put a few in my mouth they get like paste. I made the tofu bites - those came out great!
