Just tried this recipe and it was awesome!! To share my experience: i forgot to let them 30 min in oven and then season them, i just placed my chickpeas seasoned in the oven for 45 min. My tray was full of chickpeas and the crunchiest were the ones more on the outside. The ones in the middle were a little soft, so let some space between your chickpeas. Anyways, they are so gooood!

I tried this recipe today. After the proscribed times and temperature my chickpeas were still kind chewy of in the middle. I put them back in the oven at 250 Fahrenheit with the door cracked a bit for another 20 minutes and that did the trick. Now they’re nice and crunchy like they should be.
So i did this with a no sodium can of chickpease and after they were dried i also added some almonds, cashew, pumkin and sunflower seeds, pistachios and peanuts. All unroasted and unsalted. Roasted them all together, they are so delicious! And filling! I did a hint of cayenne pepper as well because we enjoy a little heat at home! Yummy thanks!
