You make me miss my mama and grandma so much. I wish I could squeeze you! Thank you for all the joy you have given me. Caralee Sangster
I’d love to see an episode with photos of Nonna Gina’s life in Italy and America while she tells her wonderful stories and sings her songs. She reminds me of my nonna e bisnonna, from whom I got my love of cooking and their pots and pans when they passed on. Nonna Gina is a treasure. God bless her.
Love you Gina! My mom passed away 15 years ago and for the first time in a long time, when I watch your videos, I feel like I have a cooking “partner” again. Also love that you sing in all your videos. Beautiful and from the heart! You’re fearless! Know you are not alone! Praying for you always! Much thanks to your family for supporting you! Hugs to you all! A huge fan, Vikki P.S. Can’t wait to make these chickpeas!
I'm so fond of you Gina! I discovered your channel last year and now more than ever during this time of isolation, I find great comfort in your videos. My grandma Concetta (born in Naples) was my first cooking teacher in her little kitchen here in Los Angeles. Your videos bring forth some of my best memories from childhood. I just love everything about you. Sending much love and gratitude to you and your family for sharing your beautiful spirit! 💜💫
I wish she would write a recipe book. I would love it!!! I was supposed to learn how to make Gnocchi from my Grandmother but she died before she could teach me. I learned from Grandma Gina. Thank you!
Thank You, Gina, for coming to America 🇺🇸 and sharing your wonderful cooking and culture with us. We love your recipes, songs and your stories. 🥰 Good Bless You and your Family. 🇮🇹
I used to make this as an approved snack for a diet I was following. Very high in fiber and the good carbs. I used the canned version, drained and dried them, salt, pepper & garlic powder & cooked in the oven! I think I’ll try soaking the beans in orange peel. They look so yummy! Thank you Nona Gina! I hope you & your family are safe and sound! 😘❤️🙏🏼
Tanto amore dall'Inghilterra.
I love watching Grandma cook. All of her recipes are perfect and I especially love to see her enjoy her food as she watched her favorite food tv star!!!
Gina and her family are so lucky to have each other...such a wonderful thing that her family does this channel of her recipes. May it last a very long time💕🙏🏻💕

Love grandma Gina. Thank you for sharing all these recipes. I love to see the old school way. And thank you for keeping grandma safe during these tough times.
We had Easter Brunch today at an organic restaurant. The Cobb Salad I ordered had crispy garbanzo beans in it and they were wonderful. What a great replacement for croutons (gluten). So tonight I am in search of recipes to roast my own!! This is an awesome video and my Italian mom would be proud that I've learned from this lovely woman! Thank you Gina and family for taking the time to share this healthy snack!!!
Thank you, Gina❣️❣️❣️. I love hearing your precious memories of growing up in Italy with your family! Could you please tell us what a typical day would have been for your mother/grandmother? Did they start their day making bread & pasta dough & salsa? And how many hours did they spend cleaning house & laundry? I’ve read that Italian women are the cleanest in the world! Yes, Lever Brothers (manufacturers of cleaning products) did a study & found that Italian women spend more time cleaning than any others (which surprised me; I would have guessed Swiss or Japanese). You have a huge & loyal fan base & we all love you🧡❤️♥️
We've been watching Gina for years, and now it's New Years Day 2023. I too enjoy watching Gina on TV as much as she does. Many healthy years to come cooking Gina. Ciao...Filipppo

I'm making these today, but soaked my peas in water with lots of minced garlic. Once dried, I added a little olive oil, garlic and salt. It may be 100 degrees here, but I cannot wait to try the snacks you inspired me to make.

You are so kind to help me with the information about the manufacturer. Take good care of yourself & I’ll keep watching you! Thank you, Jackie Shelton

I am sorry I have never commented in the past. I have immensely enjoyed watching the videos and listening to your singing. Best wishes for continued success and enjoyment of your excellent culinary skills.
Gina, I too have memories from childhood of sitting in front of the fireplace with my Mississippi grandparents who had a farm. At the end of a hard working day for my grandfather, we sometimes just listened to the crackling and popping of the wood burning as we all were lost in our own thoughts. We had rocking chairs and it was so comfy and peaceful. The embers turning red in a big log were fascinating to me. The warm feeling of being close to two people I loved with all my heart was so strong, even as a child I knew it was something special. That was in the l950's not long after my father came back from WWII. I truly enjoy hearing your memories of your family in Italy. (In the summer they had a big porch where we sat in the evening to get any breeze we could. It was so dark that the only thing I could see was the bright burning of tobacco in my grandfather's pipe as he smoked.)
Gina hello I am new to this video! You remind me and speak just like my mother! We came from Italy 1962. Lost her several years ago. When I miss her I look at one of your videos. Like I was in her kitchen!

Tonight is the first time I'm learning about you. I forgot how I was led to you but I enjoy watching your videos. There's something very magical about you😘
What a lovely lady. I enjoy your recipes , and the way you share your sweet memories. God bless you mama Gina.
I could listen to her all day long, God bless you Nona 🇮🇹 your flag and mine 🇮🇪 Italy and Ireland. Our cultures were so similar. Though today things have changed.
Every time I watch you I miss my wonderful mom and grandma who taught me to cook and how to love deeply traditional customs . Growing at our lady of la salate
What wonderful memories..... God Bless!
Gina hello I am new to this video! You remind me and speak just like my mother! We came from Italy 1962. Lost her several years ago. When I miss her I look at one of your videos. Like I was in her kitchen!
