Hi Betty, thanks for the question: Mondays are devoted to cardio and abs; Tuesday & Thursdays upper body; Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: lower body with a heavy emphasis on legs & lower abs AND Sunday is rest day, although I am a fitness fanatic, so most likely, I’ll throw a little ab work in 😁.
