I am very excited to let you know that I am launching a Private Facebook Group for Adults 50+ who want to improve their strength, mobility, flexibility, and become more motivated to move in 2021!

I’m launching the group with a FREE 5-day Exercise at Home Challenge! And I’m inviting you to join me!
How it works: Everyday from January 11th-15th, I will doing a Live 15-minute workout that is geared for Adults 50+! You can exercise right at home and follow along for a fun, full body workout that will help you feel great and super motivated to keep going once the challenge is done.
Now, if you are not on Facebook, that’s just fine! I will also be emailing out the workouts every day, so you can participate on your own time each day for the 5-day challenge!

Hi I'm 80 and starting these exercises I'm getting dispondant about getting mussel back in one leg after knee replacement 6 yrs ago and got infection in it 2 weeks later,which stopped all physio hence a leg that only bends 60 degrees and lost muscle mass. Hope these will help xx

I am Phil Jones in California and utilize many of your exercises at a senior living center where I volunteer to do exercise and Tia Chi classes. My parents are both 96 and attend the 30 minute exercise classes five days a week. They are in far better shape than they were three years ago, to say nothing of their improved quality of life. Your exercises are a great help, thank you 🙏
I am an 89 year old arthritic man and so pleased to have found your website. Unable to walk without the support of a frame these exercises are challenging but should prove to be so beneficial.

Hi Meg! I've seen a couple of your other videos and enjoyed them but Covid has turned things a little bit sideways and I just rediscovered them again. :) I'm 63 years old as of January 2021 and although I'm very mobile and in good physical health, I really appreciate these slower, more concentrated exercises. They are by no means EASIER than what I've done at the gym, etc. but they do have a calmness to them which makes me feel more relaxed and focused. Thank you so much for your time and talents!
Hi, Meg, i’m Gabriela, from Cali Colombia, joining you almost every day now. I do your stretches, then the core and the leg videos. At nearly 80-my birthday is in Nov.,- I am slowly strengthening mmy whole body. Thank you for all you do.
Video 2 thank you for the free content! You have no idea how much of a gift this is for me at this point.
I walk but needed direction for strengthening exercises too.
Have chronic fatigue so this is perfect for me as I cannot do strenuous work until I get strong!

I just found you and your videos in Garden City, MI. I hope to start watching your video's daily, since I spend most of the time sitting on my behind. Being 67 years old, I have gotten flabby and gained 40 lbs which only brings on some depression which keeps me from going out much. Wish me luck or send me some determination. :)

68 first timer .. did this one once and said it was easy then a few hours later I did it again .. I had to stop several times and barely finished .. guess I am in real bad shape. In the last few months have lost 40 pounds so need to rebuild muscle mass .. so will be doing all your videos as my strength allow me to.

Hi my name is Janet. I just watched your video. It is just what I need. I am 79 years old and I do a lot of sitting, unfortunately I’ve lost a lot of strength in my legs, my thighs feel weak and so I really need to exercise more. I had knee surgery back in 2011, was doing well until about 2 or 3 years ago. I get tired easily when standing and stiff when sitting too long. Just came out of therapy which helped a lot, but I need to continue the exercises so that I can regain the strength in my legs. If you have other videos that can help to strengthen my legs, I’d like to see them as well. Thanks so much for giving of your time to help seniors (among others) like me. You are really appreciated. Am from Marsabit County,Kenya-East Africa.am 70 years old and had quadriceps tendon rupture followed by corrective surgery in 2020.Now doing regular excercise to strengthen the quadriceps muscles.

Twice a day is fine! But leave 1 day off in between. If your legs feel sore, then take a day or more off to let them recover.

Hi Meg , I am from India , New Delhi. I am 56 and have been trying so many videos from You Tube and Instagram for my legs and knees strengthening,but were not abke to do and lose interest. Today morning looking for some easy video ,I cam across yours and believe me ,I did three of your videos in succession.The difference felt afterwards in legs and body was amazing. I can feel the blood flowing as i write to you immediately after. I pray that i should be able to continue on this. Thanks so much. Could you also let me know ,how much time does take to get back your muscle strength. I am overweight but mobile . But exercising after 2 years. Desperately want to be fit.
