I do like this one...fun to do and the shakey arm feel when done :) FYI I had my yearly checkup and asked my doc how do I know my bones are good so he sent me for bone density test and rang me to tell me I have teenagers bones (I'm almost 64) hahaha Nice to hear all my years of excercising hasn't been wasted :P

This workout has the perfect pace for me nowadays. Due to my cronic anemia I have pain crises over the body, and when I am like this, I have to slow down the pace. When I finished it today, I felt stronger and better. Great and solid workout, feeling every muscle. Soo good! Cant thank you enough.

You are great! I feel as if I have a personal trainer. I can keep up with most everything.. I sometimes sometimes hold on gently to a chair for balance in lunges. I used to work out three times a week but I’m doing 5 with your help. Today I added a 10 minute tax with Amy before stretching out with you. Not bad for 75😜

That hint about pulling your knee toward the shoulder on the figure 4 strtch is great. I never felt that stretch before and always thought it was stupid. That made the difference.
