    When I first started doing your workouts I thought you were evil and would often quit halfway through. But I have persevered and am now loving your challenges and always finish. I do occasionally do the modified exercises but much less than I used to. Also about to purchase some heavier dumbbells. You’re not so evil after all x

    Hi I have osteoporosis in my spine and potentially in my hips. Used to do lots of exercise in my younger days but life has got in the way. 64 years old almost. Will try these workouts. Thank you. Faye

    I do like this one...fun to do and the shakey arm feel when done :) FYI I had my yearly checkup and asked my doc how do I know my bones are good so he sent me for bone density test and rang me to tell me I have teenagers bones (I'm almost 64) hahaha Nice to hear all my years of excercising hasn't been wasted :P

    I starting working out with you during the shut down when my gym was closed. I’ve kept it up cause I got used to working out from home. I honestly think I’ve gotten more results this way.
    I’m 65 & have osteopenia so that’s what drew me in the first place. I’m very active otherwise riding my horse 2-4 times a week. Walking & hiking with my Labrador. Keep em coming

    a week ago i was looking for a suitable yet challenging workout to enhance and strengthen my bones as I just turned 61 and have osteoporosis.     PJ, I’m 50 and loving your workouts! I took the summer months off from the gym that uses metabolic workouts with a trainer. Your workouts are keeping me on track. Please!     This workout has the perfect pace for me nowadays. Due to my cronic anemia I have pain crises over the body, and when I am like this, I have to slow down the pace. When I finished it today, I felt stronger and better. Great and solid workout, feeling every muscle. Soo good! Cant thank you enough.

    You are great! I feel as if I have a personal trainer. I can keep up with most everything.. I sometimes sometimes hold on gently to a chair for balance in lunges. I used to work out three times a week but I’m doing 5 with your help. Today I added a 10 minute tax with Amy before stretching out with you. Not bad for 75😜

    That hint about pulling your knee toward the shoulder on the figure 4 strtch is great. I never felt that stretch before and always thought it was stupid. That made the difference.

    Finally found an osteoporosis workout routine. Previously I’ve mostly located demonstrations of exercises that are appropriate. I needed a complete sting in a routine just like this.     Hottest day of the year so far in the UK and boy did I sweat! Great workout, really have to remind myself to move backwards on the lunges to not over-extend the knees. May need to see if you've got a tutorial on that!

    Day 5 did laps at pool to get more cardio in as the lbs are dropping and I feel less sludgy...now muscles really feel it
