      I used to blame my family as they always eat dinner before 6 - 7 pm (around 6pm in winters or maybe early) and my friends used to eat dinner at 10 -11pm. I used to consider my parents as "uncool parents". Now I feel guilty. Today those friends of mine are suffering from pcos/ pcod/ baldness. I will send this video rn.
      Age is not just a number. It took me a whole teenage years to adulthood to understand what my parents had it in their minds when it comes down to not eating after sunset.
      Idk but even till today my mommy still serves me Ajwain ka Paani around 3 to 4pm. Please make a video on kava/ kada.

    Acidity and headaches will always come when you start fasting but they will last only for 1st 3 to 4 days depending on level of pre-existing acidity in your body before fasting.

    In Islam this is what we do before sunrise and after sunset ,ramadan is the wonderful gift given to us and Allah already know whts beneficial to us later thn scientists did even more the Japanis company nowaday following the powernap therapy which was already done by prophet (SAW) so we r gladdd Allah is al knowing.❤❤❤

    Mene 07/04/2024 se 16 hrs- 08 hrs fasting start kiya 07/04/2024 ko mera weight 101 kg tha aur after 01 month on 07/05/2024 ko mera weight 93 kg ho gya.
    Its really work..
    My target is 85 kg dekhte h kb tak acheive hota hai..

      But I have doubt if I dont eat or do fasting acidity badh jati hai and headache suru ho jata hai ---- matlab mai eksath jyada nhi khati kyoki wo jata hi nhi andar jyada to phir se bhook lagti hai 4 hrs me hi aur agar tab nhi khaya to headache hone lagta hai

    Hello mam first of all i would like to say that I'm a big fan of urs , i watch all the vdos of urs and implement it as well...
    Actually I am a pcod victim and I want to cure it completely... I'm going to follow this from today which means I have already taken breakfast but I am going to have my lunch at 1:00 and then some snacks at 5:30
    And from 6:00 to till tomorrow morning 10:00 i will have my intermittent fasting....
    Gonna start from today as tomorrow is the first day of the month and will continue for 2 months
    I felt like sharing with uhh so i shared it ❤
    And at last thank you for everything mam it really means a lot to us ❤❤

    मैने इस उपवास के महत्व को बहोत जगहों से सुनकर ये ट्राय किया. और ये सचमुच फायदेमंद है. करने के बाद पता चलता है. सिर्फ एकादशी के 24 घंटे के उपवास मे शुरुवात मे थोडी दिक्कत हुई. लेकिन अब मै 24 घंटे तक पाहोच गयी हू. ये सच मे करना चाहिये. खाने का ऑबसेशन भी कंट्रोल मे रहता है.

    So in 2018 i am just scrolling on youtube and I found this video... I watched it ... and decided to follow it... I am not obesse that time (my weight 55kg ) but actually a little healthy with major health issue like asthma , skin issue , unable to do any physical activity, that time my age was 19 yrs only.. so I am not followed any diet but intermittent fasting...
    That was turning point for me... it took lots of patience... starting days was very hard but gradually my body accept it.. it actually help me in fat loss not in weight loss I actually want a right shaped body with no healty issue.. and in 2020 I achieved it with help of intermittent fasting and exercise ... and now its part of my life.. so thanks to this channel ..

      Beech mai aap juice le lena..Fir rah jayenge 4 hour's...
      Afternoon..2 PM..Ko aap dinner karo ..
      Ho gaye 16 hour's.. simple..😎

    It's very easy, light, lovely and so soothing...My husband n I are senior citizens...but we keep the 16 hours break between dinner n the next morning's first meal...and our dinner is a bowl of different fruits...

    Hii ! I am a teenager and at the age of 13 I have 72 kg. Then I found this video and I started intermittent fasting and I lost 7kgs in just 3 weeks . This video was so helpful to me . Thanks to introduce us with mother nature. keep going.

      @@gaurivguttal4468 I am following a simple rule, 9.30am warm water, 10am veg juice either lauki or celery, when I am next hungry I pick up a fruit specially berries or apples as they are helpful in weight loss, next would be lunch which I keep it simple homemade food with less oil, basically bajra roti (dont eat chapati), sabji and salad sometimes rice and dal. I normally have lunch around 1pm. Dinner would be at 5 pm which is again whatever is cooked at home for dinner. The main thing is portion control, eat everything but in moderation and try to cut down any packet food/processed food. Not to mention, I have days when I feel like eating packet food which is not healthy but I eat in moderation during that 16 hours, bcz If I am strict on myself I will loose the motivation. I lost 7 kgs in 4 weeks following it. I do 30 mins walking everyday.
