@@gaurivguttal4468 I am following a simple rule, 9.30am warm water, 10am veg juice either lauki or celery, when I am next hungry I pick up a fruit specially berries or apples as they are helpful in weight loss, next would be lunch which I keep it simple homemade food with less oil, basically bajra roti (dont eat chapati), sabji and salad sometimes rice and dal. I normally have lunch around 1pm. Dinner would be at 5 pm which is again whatever is cooked at home for dinner. The main thing is portion control, eat everything but in moderation and try to cut down any packet food/processed food. Not to mention, I have days when I feel like eating packet food which is not healthy but I eat in moderation during that 16 hours, bcz If I am strict on myself I will loose the motivation. I lost 7 kgs in 4 weeks following it. I do 30 mins walking everyday.

I am actually doing to mistake of getting angry when my family opposes what I do. I am feeling uncomfortable that they are not understanding me and simply commenting on what I am doing.
I have started doing intermittent fasting from last week and it's working for me. I feel extremely light throughout the night and in the morning as well ( no bloating at all).
It's very easy, light, lovely and so soothing...My husband n I are senior citizens...but we keep the 16 hours break between dinner n the next morning's first meal...and our dinner is a bowl of different fruits...
I started IF after seeing this video. It’s my 36th day so far I have lost 5kgs in these 5 weeks. I was 91 kgs when started this now I’m 86 kgs.Kept my target weight to 55kgs lets see what happens. During IF I was simply following the timings of my food intake every day(home made food only). Along with this every day I’m doing zumba and aerobic exercises for 1 hr. It’s working for me and I’m looking forward to reach my goal.
So far I have lost 8 kgs. I'm strictly following my diet without any cheat meals. no sugar , portion control eating(below 1000 calories per day) including more protein every day. Now I got habituated to this and I'm seeing results so want to continue till I reach my goal. I will update my weight every month from now.

My mom dropped B.P. medicine 💊 which she was taking regularly since 8-9 years. People get surprised when they come to know that we finish our dinner before 6 p.m. And it get digest before we go to sleep. No digestion problem, no constipation, no stomach ache, energy level is good. We avoid junk food🍦🍰🍟, We are vegetarian 🥦🥕🌽 We skipped dairy products which is basically animal food. Go for plant 🌱 based food. No animal milk 🥛should be consumed. Still, there are lot of tasty and healthy options.😊

@@maninderkaur740 The diet is the same which I used to have earlier to 16 hours fasting i.e. in morning I take tea and if needed a banana or an apple and at 12 noon I eat one and half Chapatis or a Jawar roti with any vegetable cooked, some times curd. In Maharashtra, Jawar Roti or wheat Chapatis are eaten with vegetables cooked as available. I take my dinner at about 8- 8.30 p.m. Instead of three times, now I eat two times only and nothing intermittently.

Such sweet voice mam …. Feels so nice to listen to you…. But some corrections mam- during fasting hours , you are not allowed coconut water or vegetable juice. The only things that are allowed are - 1. Water 2. Sparkling water 3. Green tea (unflavoured, no lemon juice / honey/ cinnamon added) 4. Black tea 5. Black coffee. That’s it. The whole point of fasting is that body shouldn’t trigger insulin. If you drink anything flavoured, brain thinks it’s either getting food or about to get food and triggers insulin response. You can even feel dizzy and hypo because of that. As insulin is triggered but there’s not much food to act upon. Hence only those 4 things are allowed. Another thing, best to have breakfast and lunch and then not eat anything after 4 pm. If you sleep with light stomach , your IF benefits double. Another thing is changing the fasting times after every few weeks is actually good for your body (if fat loss is one of your major goals) otherwise when body gets used to of a particular time , then you stop losing weight and hit a plateau. Rest everything you said is absolutely correct 👍 and spot on 👌 Specially about adopting it as a life style and not something temporary…..

I am not obesse that time (my weight 55kg ) but actually a little healthy with major health issue like asthma , skin issue , unable to do any physical activity, that time my age was 19 yrs only.. so I am not followed any diet but intermittent fasting...
That was turning point for me... it took lots of patience... starting days was very hard but gradually my body accept it.. it actually help me in fat loss not in weight loss I actually want a right shaped body with no healty issue.. and in 2020 I achieved it with help of intermittent fasting and exercise ... and now its part of my life.. so thanks to this channel ..

What is timing for dinner?
16 hours fasting is a Miricle for me ❤now I am having hope that I can achieve my goals
I used to blame my family as they always eat dinner before 6 - 7 pm (around 6pm in winters or maybe early) and my friends used to eat dinner at 10 -11pm. I used to consider my parents as "uncool parents". Now I feel guilty. Today those friends of mine are suffering from pcos/ pcod/ baldness. I will send this video rn.
Age is not just a number. It took me a whole teenage years to adulthood to understand what my parents had it in their minds when it comes down to not eating after sunset.
Idk but even till today my mommy still serves me Ajwain ka Paani around 3 to 4pm. Please make a video on kava/ kada.

M following intermittant fasting from 1 month. But now I am determined to continue. This is my daily life routine. 💕❤
I started IF after seeing this video. It’s my 36th day so far I have lost 5kgs in these 5 weeks. I was 91 kgs when started this now I’m 86 kgs.Kept my target weight to 55kgs lets see what happens.
During IF I was simply following the timings of my food intake every day(home made food only). Along with this every day I’m doing zumba and aerobic exercises for 1 hr.

So far I have lost 8 kgs. I'm strictly following my diet without any cheat meals. no sugar , portion control eating(below 1000 calories per day) including more protein every day. मैने इस उपवास के महत्व को बहोत जगहों से सुनकर ये ट्राय किया. और ये सचमुच फायदेमंद है. करने के बाद पता चलता है. सिर्फ एकादशी के 24 घंटे के उपवास मे शुरुवात मे थोडी दिक्कत हुई. लेकिन अब मै 24 घंटे तक पाहोच गयी हू. ये सच मे करना चाहिये. खाने का ऑबसेशन भी कंट्रोल मे रहता है.

But after watching your video telling the proper method of eating, 16 hours fasting, I adopted it. I am glad and thankful to tell you that I am quite well now. No medicines even prescribed by MD doctors could help me; it was your video that helped me a lot and I am almost fine now. Due to service I had to eat three times a day as per time and not my hunger, and that was the cause of problem. Change in eating habits as told by you changed my life. @@maninderkaur740 The diet is the same which I used to have earlier to 16 hours fasting i.e. in morning I take tea and if needed a banana or an apple and at 12 noon I eat one and half Chapatis or a Jawar roti with any vegetable cooked, some times curd. In Maharashtra, Jawar Roti or wheat Chapatis are eaten with vegetables cooked as available. I take my dinner at about 8- 8.30 p.m. Instead of three times, now I eat two times only and nothing intermittently.
Lunch me rice and dinner me roti kha sakte he kya...

Kuch week tak aise symptoms normal hote hai aur iska matlab hai ki aapki bodi detox kar rhi hai soo don't stress kuch din mein normal ho jaoge aap
Such sweet voice mam …. Feels so nice to listen to you…. But some corrections mam- during fasting hours , you are not allowed coconut water or vegetable juice. The only things that are allowed are -
1. Water
2. Sparkling water
3. Green tea (unflavoured, no lemon juice / honey/ cinnamon added)
4. Black tea
5. Black coffee.
That’s it. The whole point of fasting is that body shouldn’t trigger insulin. If you drink anything flavoured, brain thinks it’s either getting food or about to get food and triggers insulin response. You can even feel dizzy and hypo because of that. As insulin is triggered but there’s not much food to act upon. Hence only those 4 things are allowed.
Another thing, best to have breakfast and lunch and then not eat anything after 4 pm. If you sleep with light stomach , your IF benefits double.
Another thing is changing the fasting times after every few weeks is actually good for your body (if fat loss is one of your major goals) otherwise when body gets used to of a particular time , then you stop losing weight and hit a plateau.
Rest everything you said is absolutely correct 👍 and spot on 👌 Specially about adopting it as a life style and not something temporary…..
