  • How to improve your eyesight at home? Exercising your eyes is one of those simple things that very few people do. However, it can help you maintain excellent vision.
    Here are 10 exercises that will take you no more than ten minutes to do. You can give them a try right now while watching this video - we are going to do all of them with you!

    SUMMARY
    - Blinking is an excellent way to relax your eyes. It has three functions: it helps to grease your eyes, clean them, and give them a break from light.
    - The most important sense organs are your eyes. Also, it’s one of the most complex sensory organs in your body. Poor vision limits you in many ways; therefore, find 10 minutes every day to perform these exercises.
    - Darkness is believed to help strengthen the photoreceptor cells in your eyes, which in turn can contribute to a clear vision.
    - These exercises improve all aspects of your visual perception. It is suitable for both nearsightedness and farsightedness.
    - This workout helps to relax your eye muscles and increases blood circulation in your eyes.
    Keep performing these ten exercises regularly, and you will see great results within a week! To achieve the best result, you need to monitor your health as well. According to experts, good eyesight depends on your diet. Remember that the most useful food is natural food with minimal heat treatment as it keeps the greatest amount of vitamins.

    This excrise actually works. I been doing this each day at night for about a month or so and I can already see some improvement. If your looking forward on improving your eyesight, I really suggest you to do this excrise. My eyesight before was about 1.5 and now it's about 1.4.

      @@xFerxx I'm not sure but I noticed the improvement, such as being able to see things from a further distance. Before, I couldn't and I didn't move, but now I can.

    I was diagnosed with branch retinal vein occlusion and had a series of three injections in my eye. After six weeks, the swelling was still there, and six weeks after that it had worsened. I was told I would probably have to have another series of injections starting with my next visit. I found these exercises and started doing them every day. At my next visit, my scans were completely clear. I was told to come back in three months. I kept doing the exercises every day. At my next visit, my scans were still clear. I don't have to go back for a year! I have made it a habit to do these exercises every day and intend to continue that. I have also noticed my vision, especially my night vision, has improved as well.

      @@PSTNH_D_DNT I started noticing small improvements in focus and clarity after two weeks, which encouraged me to keep going. Those improvements got stronger as time went on. Because of the occlusion, lines of print viewed from that eye appeared to dip in the middle. After six weeks of exercises, that dip was gone and it has stayed gone. I started really noticing better vision without my glasses after a couple of months. I can read the numbers on the alarm clock that's across from my bed without them and my vision is not as fuzzy as it was (I'm pretty nearsighted and wear bifocals). I don't drive much at night, so it was three months after I started the exercises before I did, and was very pleased how much my night vision had improved. At my last visit to the retina specialist last December, vision (with glasses) in the affected eye had improved from 20/40 to 20/20.

    Hey guys I have been practicing these exercises twice a day for two weeks and now I can see better than before without specs.
    A noticeable improvement !! on the way!!
    I would like to recommend one more thing.
    Other than these exercises try avoiding spectacles or lenses wherever possible.
    And if you look at nature like walking everyday in park without spectacles your vision will get better (not 100%sure just my experience)

    5-close and move your eyes
    6-close-open (5secs)
    7-masage

    I have tried this exercise, it was great and useful. My eyes stopped falling when I started this exercise.
    and still I am doing it.
    I am highly recommend this exercise for all of ages.

      My optometrist would only tell me that there is something in kale veggies that's is good for eyesight, But that's as far as he would go, and that came about just because I asked about the carrot things.

    I’m not lying this actually works, I have been doing these since January everyday before sleeping and last year my eye sight was -9.75 and -8.25 and this year I got my eye checked out and it was -9.50 and -7.75.
    It’s much of a difference but I my eyes get worse and worse every year and it’s a condition, but the fact that it stopped lowering is a huge deal for me.

    I just happened to come across this videos and tried it at rhe same time, at the beginning I felt my eyes were little dry and by the time I completed 10 exercise I was really surprised by eyes felt relaxed and naturally lubricated without eye drops.     Day 1 (July 23) ✅ I didn’t feel much different, but my eyes felt more relaxed.

    Wow...who knew we needed to be exercising our eyes. I was 52 years old when I first heard about this. Thankfully, I learned about it before I scheduled the appointment to get a new prescription!! Giving it a go for 90 days. We'll see what happens.

    My migraines have significantly reduced in the matter of a few days. I have extremely light-sensitive eyes (have to wear sunglasses in front of tv), slight stigmatism and horrible focal issues, topping it up with chronically dry eyes. Using my eyes at all hurts. Doctors are useless. This video surprisingly works. I drove today at night and was not blinded or any migraines!!

      My left eye is -5.5 and right eye is -4.5. Just started drinking carrot juice. Some older people in my family have already gone blind. Can't see a thing w/out my glasses/contacts.

    One week in . . . I have completely gone "clean" meaning that I put away the 1.5 reading glasses. I now read EVERYTHING without glasses. My eyes are improving. I do this exercise routine every day in the mornings. Looking forward to the improvemnts and restroed sight I have by the end of the month. Thank you for sharing this!

    These exercises are very helpful. After being online for hours, my eyes feel so dry and stressed, at that time I come here to perform these exercises. I always think to do them regularly but never kept my resolution.

    So after reading all those comments and how this improved their eyesight, I will give it a try for myself now. Most of them didn’t write their experience for a long term in the comments, so I will try to do it. My goal is to do it for at least a month.
    And I will really keep you updated
    first day : it was kinda refreshing for my eyes, and I feel more awake then sleepy. Idk why but maybe it will be different the next day
    Day 2: it was better and easier doing the forms with the eyes. I don’t really see a difference.
    Day3: so it was still the Same, but with a slight difference to the better.
    Day4: in this day it was the Same a day three. I really think that it got a little bit better so I will continue. And of course you won’t see great results within a week. But it definitely works
    Day five to seven where almost the same results as day four. But I can see an improvement. I will definitely continue. I didn’t want to always write the same, so I think that it would be better to write it every three days.
    And btw I think that it would be the best to do this before going to sleep and when waking up, because it works for me like that :)
    So 2 weeks have passed since I started it. I have been seeing changes, but they are not the budgets ones. I try to not always wear my glasses which actually helped a lot.
    It’s been a month and let me tell you something. It did indeed work. I still see a bit blurry, but it’s not as bad as when a started it. I changed my diet too. And ate lots of vegetables ( that’s what was told in the internet to do ). I stopped looking too much on my phone. So just start doing it. You have nothing to lose 👍🏻

    This reminds me of my early days. I practised these exercises along with other exercises like palming under the careful guidance of Dr. Agarwal in Lucknow, India. I threw off my glasses during my college days as I found I could see clearly from the last row the written texts on the board. I'm still without any lense.
    This video, I believe would become a game changer.

    Aight yo ima start tracking this i’m a consistent person so i won’t miss days but i can’t give y’all numbers as results i’m js gonna base it off of how much i think my vision has gotten better
    Day 19 update: I can tell that my vision has gotten slightly better so far, roughly 2-3% more than it was at day 1
    Day 22 updste: probably 2% better than it was on day 19, i think this excercise is like the compound effect, interested to see where my vision will be at on day 60
    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2: ✅

    I noticed right away that I was (dizzy) disoriented after about 10 seconds on some of the exercises. It was odd. To me that means I need to do this! I have a degenerate eye disease so I will do anything to help my eyes. Thank you for this video!

    when i went to the opticians i found i needed a higher prescription. now i have started doing these exercises for my eyes every evening my eyesight has strengthened and i’m hoping that next time i go to the opticians my prescription will have gotten better. tysm for these!!

    1-Stand in front of a wall and Hold your phone tight.
    2-close your eyes(make sure no one is in front of you)
    3-throw your phone as hard as possible.
    4-Don't try to repair your phone or buy a new phone.
    You'll begin to see result in 24 hours.

    I've been doing eye exercises since I was about 13. Everyone else in my family had to have glass by there early 20s. I'm 29 now and have perfect vision .

    Loose weight, turn down the brightness on electronic devices, drink enough water, Cut out refined sugars, whole body exercise aka cardio, eat more vegetables, take vitamin A, C, K2 and Vitamin D supplements, learn to sleep on your back. Do these exercises and get Enough sleep. Watch your eyesight improve overtime!! 😊

    Really thankful from a person who has CSR & Macula Degeneration- I see a retinal specialist ever 6 weeks and I will try excercises to hope for improvement, I also limit my time in front of a screen and eat pretty healthy.

    1. Blink for a minute and develop a habit of blinking more often.
    2. Rotate your head while staring at a point for a while.
    3. Rotate eyes while your head being still, to the right and then to the left slowly, Close for a few seconds after it.
    4. Close your eyes and relax for at least 30 seconds.
    5. Draw with your eyes.
    6. Open and close your eyes for five five seconds for seven times.
    7. Push your temples.
    8. Draw triangle, rectangle, square and circle...... with eyes.
    9. Move your eyes up and down with eyes closed.. for 4 to 5 times.
    10. Focus on near, medium-far and far objects.

      I didn't measure so I can't tell you exactly how it has improved. All I can say is that I feel a lot better when I do these exercises compared to when I don't do it at all. I have trouble seeing far but it's not that bad actually, I don't wear glasses but I don't have a 20/20 vision either.

      This will never cure myopia, only glasses/lens and surgery can correct it due to the shape of the eyes sad to say

    This video really helped,my left eye is close sighted but not too high so it still can recover,I sat on the same spot on the couch watching tv and closed my right eye and it was quite blurry,I couldn't even see the words that well and now is been 1 week and 2 days and now my left eye can see just fine,this video is great
