Hey guys I have been practicing these exercises twice a day for two weeks and now I can see better than before without specs. A noticeable improvement !! on the way!! I would like to recommend one more thing. Other than these exercises try avoiding spectacles or lenses wherever possible. And if you look at nature like walking everyday in park without spectacles your vision will get better (not 100%sure just my experience)
I was diagnosed with branch retinal vein occlusion and had a series of three injections in my eye. After six weeks, the swelling was still there, and six weeks after that it had worsened. I was told I would probably have to have another series of injections starting with my next visit. I found these exercises and started doing them every day. At my next visit, my scans were completely clear. I was told to come back in three months. I kept doing the exercises every day. At my next visit, my scans were still clear. I don't have to go back for a year! I have made it a habit to do these exercises every day and intend to continue that. I have also noticed my vision, especially my night vision, has improved as well. UPDATE: Just had my yearly eye exam (not the retina specialist, my regular eye doctor). My vision has improved and--more importantly to me--my scans are still clear.
@@PSTNH_D_DNT I started noticing small improvements in focus and clarity after two weeks, which encouraged me to keep going. Those improvements got stronger as time went on. Because of the occlusion, lines of print viewed from that eye appeared to dip in the middle. After six weeks of exercises, that dip was gone and it has stayed gone. I started really noticing better vision without my glasses after a couple of months. I can read the numbers on the alarm clock that's across from my bed without them and my vision is not as fuzzy as it was (I'm pretty nearsighted and wear bifocals). I don't drive much at night, so it was three months after I started the exercises before I did, and was very pleased how much my night vision had improved. At my last visit to the retina specialist last December, vision (with glasses) in the affected eye had improved from 20/40 to 20/20.

I am 68 and have worn contacts and glasses since 18. I have been doing these exercises for 5 days and already my eyesight has greatly improved. I can actually feel my eye muscles tighter. Many thanks for the video.
I have been doing these exercises for about 3 weeks ,i can now look at my messages on waking in the morning and read them and answer them with out my reading glasses ,so yes they work ,thank you bright side
1-Stand in front of a wall and Hold your phone tight. 2-close your eyes(make sure no one is in front of you) 3-throw your phone as hard as possible. 4-Don't try to repair your phone or buy a new phone. You'll begin to see result in 24 hours.
One week in . . . I have completely gone "clean" meaning that I put away the 1.5 reading glasses. I now read EVERYTHING without glasses. My eyes are improving. I do this exercise routine every day in the mornings. Looking forward to the improvemnts and restroed sight I have by the end of the month. Thank you for sharing this!
This excrise actually works. I been doing this each day at night for about a month or so and I can already see some improvement. If your looking forward on improving your eyesight, I really suggest you to do this excrise. My eyesight before was about 1.5 and now it's about 1.4.

I didn't measure so I can't tell you exactly how it has improved. All I can say is that I feel a lot better when I do these exercises compared to when I don't do it at all. I have trouble seeing far but it's not that bad actually, I don't wear glasses but I don't have a 20/20 vision either.

Loose weight, turn down the brightness on electronic devices, drink enough water, Cut out refined sugars, whole body exercise aka cardio, eat more vegetables, take vitamin A, C, K2 and Vitamin D supplements, learn to sleep on your back. Do these exercises and get Enough sleep. Watch your eyesight improve overtime!! 😊
I just happened to come across this videos and tried it at rhe same time, at the beginning I felt my eyes were little dry and by the time I completed 10 exercise I was really surprised by eyes felt relaxed and naturally lubricated without eye drops. Thanks a lot for providing right and necessary information and helping out people. Peace!
So after reading all those comments and how this improved their eyesight, I will give it a try for myself now. Most of them didn’t write their experience for a long term in the comments, so I will try to do it. My goal is to do it for at least a month. And I will really keep you updated first day : it was kinda refreshing for my eyes, and I feel more awake then sleepy. Idk why but maybe it will be different the next day Day 2: it was better and easier doing the forms with the eyes. I don’t really see a difference. Day3: so it was still the Same, but with a slight difference to the better. Day4: in this day it was the Same a day three. I really think that it got a little bit better so I will continue. And of course you won’t see great results within a week. But it definitely works Day five to seven where almost the same results as day four. But I can see an improvement. I will definitely continue. I didn’t want to always write the same, so I think that it would be better to write it every three days. And btw I think that it would be the best to do this before going to sleep and when waking up, because it works for me like that :) So 2 weeks have passed since I started it. I have been seeing changes, but they are not the budgets ones. I try to not always wear my glasses which actually helped a lot. It’s been a month and let me tell you something. It did indeed work. I still see a bit blurry, but it’s not as bad as when a started it. I changed my diet too. And ate lots of vegetables ( that’s what was told in the internet to do ). I stopped looking too much on my phone. So just start doing it. You have nothing to lose 👍🏻
My optometrist would only tell me that there is something in kale veggies that's is good for eyesight, But that's as far as he would go, and that came about just because I asked about the carrot things.
1. Blink for a minute and develop a habit of blinking more often. 2. Rotate your head while staring at a point for a while. 3. Rotate eyes while your head being still, to the right and then to the left slowly, Close for a few seconds after it. 4. Close your eyes and relax for at least 30 seconds. 5. Draw with your eyes. 6. Open and close your eyes for five five seconds for seven times. 7. Push your temples. 8. Draw triangle, rectangle, square and circle...... with eyes. 9. Move your eyes up and down with eyes closed.. for 4 to 5 times. 10. Focus on near, medium-far and far objects.
I've been doing eye exercises since I was about 13. Everyone else in my family had to have glass by there early 20s. I'm 29 now and have perfect vision .

I have tried this exercise, it was great and useful. My eyes stopped falling when I started this exercise. and still I am doing it. I am highly recommend this exercise for all of ages. It’s really useful

My migraines have significantly reduced in the matter of a few days. I have extremely light-sensitive eyes (have to wear sunglasses in front of tv), slight stigmatism and horrible focal issues, topping it up with chronically dry eyes. Using my eyes at all hurts. Doctors are useless. This video surprisingly works. I drove today at night and was not blinded or any migraines!!
My left eye is -5.5 and right eye is -4.5. Just started drinking carrot juice. Some older people in my family have already gone blind. Can't see a thing w/out my glasses/contacts.
Wow...who knew we needed to be exercising our eyes. I was 52 years old when I first heard about this. Thankfully, I learned about it before I scheduled the appointment to get a new prescription!! Giving it a go for 90 days. We'll see what happens.

I can see a difference already today the first time 🥰 Without my glasses! Everything is so much more clear both close and farer away. The clouds are more sharp. Things in my house. Everything outside. Wouw! So excited to see results after a week and so on. I seldom use classes. Only when driving my car and watching otherwise I cannot read anything. Very hopefull 🥰❤️

Did you take any other supplements/vitamins alongside doing these excersises or the excersisies alone improved your eyes? Or did u cut down on screentime? Also, if you dont mind my asking, how old are you? (If youre young and your eyes are still developing, theres a higher chance of the getting better)
When I turned 40 the eye doctor told me, 40 is the age when people get bifocals! But I refused to wear the glasses and instead did yoga for eyes which is basically the same exercises given here. Loved watching your video. Thank u.
These exercises are very helpful. After being online for hours, my eyes feel so dry and stressed, at that time I come here to perform these exercises. I always think to do them regularly but never kept my resolution.

I have been doing this excercise for three weeks now. I have improved astigmatism in my right eye by a quarter diopter. Spherical diopters are the same, high.. I like this video, there could be more time to do the individual excercices I think without having to stop... I also like the fact it is explanatory regarding the benefits. I will update in a few months, hoping to improve...
I was skeptical at first, but it really does help. It's my first time doing it, but I feel like my sight are getting a bit less blurry, and my eyes are way more relaxed after a few minutes

I noticed right away that I was (dizzy) disoriented after about 10 seconds on some of the exercises. It was odd. To me that means I need to do this! I have a degenerate eye disease so I will do anything to help my eyes. Thank you for this video!

dont scare say it your parents and consult optometrist otherwise you will regret it later...eyesight gets on increasing...then u must have to wear high prescription glasses...!
I’m not lying this actually works, I have been doing these since January everyday before sleeping and last year my eye sight was -9.75 and -8.25 and this year I got my eye checked out and it was -9.50 and -7.75. It’s much of a difference but I my eyes get worse and worse every year and it’s a condition, but the fact that it stopped lowering is a huge deal for me.
I can't thank you enough. I work in front of computer for 10 hours/day . My eyes hurt terribly. I couldn't even see well anymore. I started having big problems. I went to the check-up and went to order my glasses. Even today, the glasses are not ready, but since I've been doing the exercises, my eyes don't hurt anymore and I can see much better .🙏❤

I passed the driving eye test twice in the past 10 years, I was prescribed glasses more than ten years ago but never wore them. Thanks to these and other exercise.

1.don't use phone during bed time 2.See green color first thing in the morning like trees etc not ur cell phone. 3.Eat indian gooseberries everyday. These exercises work
tbh,recently my eyesight began to get weak.I gotta admit it.I didn't tell anyone and decided to try these exercises out.But to my surprise, these really helped.I did it twice a day and after a week now, my eyesight is getting fine day by day.

I’ll update everyday for you guys. Day 1: I can’t see it but I can feel it, and now it is way easier to focus on something and it goes clear alone. Day 2: It’s the same, but I can see it a bit now. Day 3: Woops. Day4: Ok wow I could see the board better. Day5: it’s the same as day 4’s but I can focus on something and I can see it better but it only lasts about 2-3 seconds of clearness Woops, I have stopped but I will continue. I w i l l n o t c o n t i n u e. This improved my eyesight by probably .2%. Just keep on doing it, it will probably work.

Oh well, It seems blindness is coming for me so I'll use phone the more I can because I can see. Or maybe I'll give up my phone. Oh well, whatever.

To everyone who works online for hours I ,recommend these exercises. The eyes becomes less tired. My eyes become more relaxed after these exercises and tothose with poor vision, I recommend also . It really helps.

My eye feels "relaxed" every time i complete an certain number of the exercises on the video. It's pretty great, me and my sister are going to start doing it daily.
Day 1 - my eyes are feeling so relaxed. Day 2 - MY EYES ARE TODAY TOO FEELING SO RELAXED AND BETTER FROM BEFORE. Day 3- I forgot to do it😅 Day 4- same as day 1 Day 5- Umm..I think some change has come Day 6- yeah, my eyes are feeling good. Day 7- no change at all!! Day 8- I think it only relaxes eyes.
@@buzz1251 no bad eyesight isn't forever my mom used to wear glasses when she was little and now she doesn't wear them anymore because her eyesight is perfect thanks to glasses. Glasses help your Vision without them
This reminds me of my early days. I practised these exercises along with other exercises like palming under the careful guidance of Dr. Agarwal in Lucknow, India. I threw off my glasses during my college days as I found I could see clearly from the last row the written texts on the board. I'm still without any lense. This video, I believe would become a game changer.

I love doing these exercises everyday, but make sure you do these alone, so no one thinks you are either crazy or possessed.

One week in . . . I have completely gone "clean" meaning that I put away the 1.5 reading glasses. I now read EVERYTHING without glasses. My eyes are improving. I do this exercise routine every day in the mornings. Looking forward to the improvemnts and restroed sight I have by the end of the month. Thank you for sharing this!

This excrise actually works. I been doing this each day at night for about a month or so and I can already see some improvement. If your looking forward on improving your eyesight, I really suggest you to do this excrise. My eyesight before was about 1.5 and now it's about 1.4.

I didn't measure so I can't tell you exactly how it has improved. All I can say is that I feel a lot better when I do these exercises compared to when I don't do it at all. I have trouble seeing far but it's not that bad actually, I don't wear glasses but I don't have a 20/20 vision either.

I just happened to come across this videos and tried it at rhe same time, at the beginning I felt my eyes were little dry and by the time I completed 10 exercise I was really surprised by eyes felt relaxed and naturally lubricated without eye drops. Thanks a lot for providing right and necessary information and helping out people. Peace!

So after reading all those comments and how this improved their eyesight, I will give it a try for myself now. Most of them didn’t write their experience for a long term in the comments, so I will try to do it. My goal is to do it for at least a month.
And I will really keep you updated
first day : it was kinda refreshing for my eyes, and I feel more awake then sleepy. Idk why but maybe it will be different the next day
Day 2: it was better and easier doing the forms with the eyes. I don’t really see a difference.
Day3: so it was still the Same, but with a slight difference to the better.
Day4: in this day it was the Same a day three. I really think that it got a little bit better so I will continue. And of course you won’t see great results within a week. But it definitely works
Day five to seven where almost the same results as day four. But I can see an improvement. I will definitely continue. I didn’t want to always write the same, so I think that it would be better to write it every three days.
And btw I think that it would be the best to do this before going to sleep and when waking up, because it works for me like that :)
So 2 weeks have passed since I started it. I have been seeing changes, but they are not the budgets ones. I try to not always wear my glasses which actually helped a lot.
It’s been a month and let me tell you something. It did indeed work. I still see a bit blurry, but it’s not as bad as when a started it. I changed my diet too. And ate lots of vegetables ( that’s what was told in the internet to do ). I stopped looking too much on my phone. So just start doing it. You have nothing to lose 👍🏻

2. Rotate your head while staring at a point for a while.
3. Rotate eyes while your head being still, to the right and then to the left slowly, Close for a few seconds after it.
4. Close your eyes and relax for at least 30 seconds.
5. Draw with your eyes.
6. Open and close your eyes for five five seconds for seven times.
7. Push your temples.
8. Draw triangle, rectangle, square and circle...... with eyes.

My migraines have significantly reduced in the matter of a few days. I have extremely light-sensitive eyes (have to wear sunglasses in front of tv), slight stigmatism and horrible focal issues, topping it up with chronically dry eyes. Using my eyes at all hurts. Wow...who knew we needed to be exercising our eyes. I was 52 years old when I first heard about this. Thankfully, I learned about it before I scheduled the appointment to get a new prescription!! Giving it a go for 90 days. We'll see what happens.

When I turned 40 the eye doctor told me, 40 is the age when people get bifocals! But I refused to wear the glasses and instead did yoga for eyes which is basically the same exercises given here. Loved watching your video. Thank u.

I have been doing this excercise for three weeks now. I have improved astigmatism in my right eye by a quarter diopter. Spherical diopters are the same, high.. I like this video, there could be more time to do the individual excercices I think without having to stop... I also like the fact it is explanatory regarding the benefits. I will update in a few months, hoping to improve...

I’m not lying this actually works, I have been doing these since January everyday before sleeping and last year my eye sight was -9.75 and -8.25 and this year I got my eye checked out and it was -9.50 and -7.75.
It’s much of a difference but I my eyes get worse and worse every year and it’s a condition, but the fact that it stopped lowering is a huge deal for me.

I can't thank you enough. I work in front of computer for 10 hours/day . My eyes hurt terribly. I couldn't even see well anymore. I started having big problems. I went to the check-up and went to order my glasses. Even today, the glasses are not ready, but since I've been doing the exercises, my eyes don't hurt anymore and I can see much better .🙏❤

great so far, Have improved a little, My left eye was -3.75 now it became -3.50, and my right eye was -4.75 , it became -4.30, I want to continue, the key factor of this exercise, we should do it daily, consume healthy foods and reduce screen time,

I passed the driving eye test twice in the past 10 years, I was prescribed glasses more than ten years ago but never wore them. Thanks to these and other exercise.
@zoom777 hello sorry for bothering you but were you doing these exercises at night time or day time to improve your vision because I being doing them in night time because is when I have time to do them so I wanted to know if that affects the progress of these exercises

2.See green color first thing in the morning like trees etc not ur cell phone.

tbh,recently my eyesight began to get weak.I gotta admit it.I didn't tell anyone and decided to try these exercises out.But to my surprise, these really helped.I did it twice a day and after a week now, my eyesight is getting fine day by day.
Honestly, i felt sleepy before doing this exercise but now i feel little bit active than before

I n D coler yes within a month but doing it twice a day it would half a month so like about 2 weeks if you do them twice all the exercise and eat about 6-7 carrots a day👌

1. Blink for a minute
2. Rotate your head
3. look to your left and right
4. Close and relax your eyes
5. Move your gaze in different directions
6. Close your eyes for 5 seconds and open, repeat it 6 times
7. Push against your temples with your hands
8. Draw figures with your gaze
9. Move your eyeballs up and down
10. Focus on objects close and far to you, ex; your hands, a vase on the dinner table

Day 1: I can’t see it but I can feel it, and now it is way easier to focus on something and it goes clear alone.
Day 2: It’s the same, but I can see it a bit now.
Day 3: Woops.
Day4: Ok wow I could see the board better.
Day5: it’s the same as day 4’s but I can focus on something and I can see it better but it only lasts about 2-3 seconds of clearness
Woops, I have stopped but I will continue.
I w i l l n o t c o n t i n u e. This improved my eyesight by probably .2%. Just keep on doing it, it will probably work.

To everyone who works online for hours I ,recommend these exercises. The eyes becomes less tired. My eyes become more relaxed after these exercises and tothose with poor vision, I recommend also . It really helps.
I tried this for 1 month and my eyesight improved drastically. Now everyone calls me Hawkeye.

Day 1 - my eyes are feeling so relaxed.
Day 2 - MY EYES ARE TODAY TOO FEELING SO RELAXED AND BETTER FROM BEFORE.
Day 3- I forgot to do it😅
Day 4- same as day 1
Day 5- Umm..I think some change has come
Day 6- yeah, my eyes are feeling good.
Day 7- no change at all!!
Day 8- I think it only relaxes eyes.
Yeah. It doesn't work. Just helps to relax eyes. Only surgery can fix it.

@@buzz1251 no bad eyesight isn't forever my mom used to wear glasses when she was little and now she doesn't wear them anymore because her eyesight is perfect thanks to glasses. Glasses help your Vision without them
@@ek2211 Well, yeah it does. But it's not a 100% treatment. It's usually 50/50.
This reminds me of my early days. I practised these exercises along with other exercises like palming under the careful guidance of Dr. Agarwal in Lucknow, India. I threw off my glasses during my college days as I found I could see clearly from the last row the written texts on the board. I'm still without any lense.
