    This is helping me bring my body back to what it was after a long year of lethargy due to health problems. I can effectively move around while still lying down and resting. Thank you Joelle :)

    I was searching for Yoga with Bird all lying down and clicked yours by mistake. This was so great, subscribed! I liked a bit different routine than my usual with Bird where the poses were repeated and my body got used to. I’ll be doing more of yours!
