To reconnect with the body this way helps especially when suffering from depressed feelings and being in this debilitating (fibromyalgia) pain cycle. Day 3 Reset ✔️ What a beautiful setting for this practice! This one was difficult because I am so tight through my left side. I just don't have the same mobility as I do on my right side, so the motions were much smaller when my left leg was crossed over the right. The one-sided bridge pose was a challenge! I am assuming with time and continued practice, this area will loosen and not be so painful. Thanks for the 3-day challenge, Joelle!

Day 3 reset - Thank you Joelle for these videos. The pain is much better in my back and buttock. I have tight hip flexors especially my left side so trying to get my left ankle over my right knee is very painful. I will continue with these routines and add some hip flexor routines too.

I hurt my lower back recently. I just came across this video in hopes it might help me. Your voice is so relaxing. I tried doing the reset, but I'm differently out of practice on stretches. I noticed I on the last stretch for the left. I felt my back complaining. I just took a few sick days in hopes my back pain will improve. Should I keep doing these stretches, or should I switch to one of your others later today or tomorrow?
