30 Minute Power Yoga: Build Strength and Endurance | Day 18 of Beginner Camp

    Starting 8th July to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
    Shakti or Power is responsible for all actions in the world. Today's practice will help you improve your flow of Shakti throughout the body. An uninterrupted flow of shakti will help you take decisions and act quickly.
    So, don't waste any time and hop onto your mats! Let's get going!
    Things to remember
    1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
    2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
    3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
    4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
    Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

    30 min in exercise feels like forever but 30 minutes of yoga passes like smooth air 😍 ... Thank you Radhika for being such an amazing and patient teacher ❤ Everyday I wake up excited to do yoga 😍... And here Day 18 ✔ complete😊

    30 april 2024.. completed day 18th..... I never do any yoga and exercise in my life thats why Maine kbhi nhi socha tha k yoga exercise jaisi cheezon pe mai itne din consistent rh skti hun... Now i know i can because of you Radhika ❤... I love your way of teaching..
