Their are many wonderful videos that cover these "superfoods". I cut lemons in half and boil in one cup water per lemon for three minutes, along with fresh ginger, let sit for fifteen minutes then strain into jar and refrigerate. Drink 8oz each morning, warmed, with honey. An excellent detoxifier and immune system booster. Ginger lowers blood sugar and prevents heart disease. Add cinnamon to oatmeal, it's a powerful anti-inflammatory and loaded with antioxidants. Tumeric and coconut also have many uses for natural home remedies from toothpastes for healthier gums to more beautiful skin. No not really, the golden ginger drink at starbucks is almost spicy because of the ginger, and it has sugar. This drink doesn't have the strong ginger taste to it like that.

As someone who's not a big cinnamon fan, I love using nutmeg. My homemade hot chocolate has nutmeg instead of cinnamon and my family loves it. You just have to be careful not to use too much
