It’s Day #3 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Bring on the power! This workout uses both dumbbells and optional kettlebells, alternating strength and power moves, all in an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) format. Going at your own pace, you’ll work through a set number of reps during a timed interval, keeping your heart pumping and muscles working hard!
It’s whatever feels heavy for you - it will be very individual based on a person’s fitness level, strength etc. So you can’t say one weight that will be right for all. For me, heavy is a weight where I feel challenged and almost not making it towards the end of the exercise, but still managing good form. If that makes sense
yes! no "stupid chatter, no silly music" are excellent points!! Add that her studio is simple and professional, not full of distracting props. Everything is on point!!

More swings **shocker** Is there anything else to do besides swings and deadlifts??? I use to love them but doing them to many times just kind of take the fun out of it 😢😢😢 especially the swings 😅😅 But for sure we need more vids like this. The AMRAP really kept my heart up. ❤
@@charitymartin I didn’t follow Amy. I took my own time. On one circuit I was ahead of her and the other 2 I was behind and only got to do 2 full rounds. 🤷♀️ it’s not for everyone but once in a while should be nice. Like the swings 😆
This workout was perfect today. It really forced me to be mindful with the counting which helped ease my anxiety for a little bit. I have already saved this video for future use!
Great workout! I did have to take some breaks though as I am just getting back into working out due to an illness, but I got through it (eventually). Also, I'm really looking forward to those 30 minutes or less workouts as I tend to check out after 30 minutes, but that's just me. Lol. So glad you keep making these videos interesting and challenging Amy. Keep up the good work.

I love all the swings! Suppose everyone is different. I’m sure it’s one of the challenges with being a trainer - not easy to make everyone happy 😌
