    Had to wimp out of a hard workout today a few minutes early because I was getting overheated - this has worked perfectly to cool me down and I’m feeling much more relaxed now, thank you! (And as a bonus, that wall stretch has really helped my right shoulder, which is always very stiff. I’ll be doing that again!)

    First time adding the extended cool down and I need to do it more often! Went by so fast and I’m sure my body will thank me tomorrow!
