It’s Day #11 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Grab your dumbbells and/or kettlebells, and let’s go! This workout uses High-Intensity Resistance Training to build strength and sweat for a full-body burn. In descending intervals of 40, 30, and 20 seconds, you’ll start back to basics, add some intensity, and then go for it in the lightning round-options for all fitness levels.

And it's so much more accessible and it increases my motivation and desire to keep coming back. Please keep doing what your doing because it definitely definitely works 😊
I didn't feel the best this morning and now I feel so much better! So many awesome moves in this one. I even used my new bench for the fly and tris! Love working out with you, Amy! 🤩

I almost didn't do this because I'm not a great fan of 'back to basics' but I'm glad I did, it was challenging and not as predictable as back to basics sometimes is. Thanks for keeping me on my toes!
Thanks for the great workout, can you please mention the weigh of the dumbbells and kettlebells you are using during the moves? That will help me decide what weights to use 😊
I really enjoyed this workout!! It was fun, challenging and went by really fast. I always appreciate all the modifications especially as I still do physical therapy on my hip flexors. Thank you Amy!
Omg...This workout rocks!!! I have so many favorites! Pace Lunges, Alternating Rows, Runner's Crunch, Weighted Transverse Squat, Pause Fly, Pause Tricep, All Planks, and the awesome combo move Bonus Round! And to top it all off, yep...the Kettlebell Swings!! And a great heart rate to boot!! Totally loved this HIRT!!! 💪💓⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! 🤩

She usually uses 10lb (medium) and 15lb (heavy) dumbbells.
Perfect 35min workout, I even got a kick how you shook your water bottle after circuit 2. 🤩
Hi I do few yoga workout and exercise
And of course there is more swings 😅 I’m so over them 😔 it’s done way too much. Use to enjoy them and now I kind of hate them 😩 is that bad?!?
