You might be a bit slower than younger Amy, but you're stronger, wiser and have way more experience in life, fitness and wellness. I think it's an unfair comparison. Also, younger Amy looked smashed after that workout. You weren't! I love your workouts Amy, you're amazing. Thank you for all the hard work you and your family do ❤

At 60 years old I'm trying to get in the habit of using weights (or body weight) at least 2x/week. Your videos have enough variety that I think I may be able to keep it up! Cardio alone just isn't enough. Thank you for keeping me motivated!
The tip about moving your elbows back when doing triceps on the floor *really* made a difference! And I've been working out for years and years. It's good to know there is more to learn. Great workout as always and fun to revisit the past 🙂

In the theme of being where you are today, finally back working out after my son and I were really sick for 10 days. (And not feeling guilty for listening to my body and resting!) I went light and slow, but it felt good to move again!
dear Amy, i hv been follwoing since u started ...the younger you ..and younger me with just 2.5kg & 3kg dumbells and the workouts were tough but i managed even though it was fast and i dont remember any breaks lol and now i've progressed to 5kg to 8kg dumbells thanks to all your workouts, loving the water breaks, the pacing, style , the new studio now that am going thru menopause. Thank you for all that do! I feel so much stronger..omg 😂 i just cudnt get the coordination right with the legs /feet in to V together with the chest fly..was circling the dumbells around , just bursts out laughing!
This was SO FUN! It's the first remix I've come across, and having been with you since the beginning, I enjoyed remembering who you and I were back then and seeing who we are now. We had kids around the same time, so I did prenatal and postnatal videos along with you, and I'm so thankful to still be at it with you during these exhausting years with littles. Thank you, Amy!

This was really fun and challenging! Although I am thankful for longer (and water) breaks nowadays. As someone who found you 3 years ago it was so much fun doing an older workout, even if it kicked my butt a litte bit ;) So excited about this month's workouts!

Just starting day 1 as I was just released to do so. Great workout and felt good even tho I had to play it safe with half the weight I would normally us and with plenty of modifications but got it done!
That was fun! I do miss the low to high combinations, although I realize it makes it hard to choose the correct weight. But, I think you should bring some of those back!
