I have been dumping oxalates and recently started taking MSM because high oxalates cause low sulphur. Since doing that I wake up in the morning with pain in my left kidney. I'm also starting on Chanca Piedra to dissolve the oxalate crystals. Hydroxycitric acid is supposed to be good for that as well.
I started K2 and within just a few days, I got a bloody nose and my blood was really thin. I can also smell my blood just by breathing. Because of that, I stop taking it.

It was also shown that K1 and MK7 both convert into MK4 meaning that that is probably what the body wants and needs most. But you should check it yourself. I am just an info consumer here!
Hi sean. Taking turmeric capsules as supplement. Is it good or bad for ckd3 patients? Thanks for reading my message
Curcumin (active component of turmeric) has lots of important functions. In general, powder better than capsule. It’s great for overall health in pts with or without cod
@@SELFPrinciple thank you so much
Turmeric is high in oxalates. Oxalates are rough on the kidneys.
@@njsongwritertake the curcumin extract from tumeric so no oxalates
I have CKD stage 3b I have Life Extension Super K soft gel supplements. I tablet contains
Vit C
10mg
Vit K activity
2600 mcg
Vit K1 (as phytonadione)
1500 mcg
Vit K2 (as menaquione-4)
1000 mcg
Vit K2 (as trans menaquione-7) 100mcg
Are these ok or should I get the Vit in the form K2 only?
Not sure why they have MK4 as it has poor bioavailability. This may be a bit overkill
Thank you, but most of us are not Doctors and all of these videos are as if you are speaking to one. All I want to know is yes or no and how much to take if yes.
Which foods are best to boost K2?
Natto, sauerkraut
Grass fed butter and grass fed beef.
