This tribe was my favorite in the movie, I love the mysterious energy they display at the beginning but then we see the story unfolds and who they really are, the music was so bad ass, the actors were bad ass
So, he's the Feathered Serpent (Kukulkan) and the Black Demon(Tlaloc)? The serpent is more obvious due to what his people call him, but his throne being the jaws of a megalodon was a lot more subtle as a reference to the black demon shark.
He's not actually he's just a mutant. But his people venerate him as if he actually I. Embaku tells this to the wakadan elders when they are debating if they should kidnap him and kill him. He tells them how do they think his people will react and respond when they kill the person they see as the feathered serpent god
