I really love how Marvel takes the inspirations of the cultures and mythologies and in my mind does them right. I wondered when they’d get round to the Mayan/Inca culture and mythology in the mcu but I love them, the talokans look so cool, and Namor in his full gear, very cool, the language is also very nice to hear

So, he's the Feathered Serpent (Kukulkan) and the Black Demon(Tlaloc)? The serpent is more obvious due to what his people call him, but his throne being the jaws of a megalodon was a lot more subtle as a reference to the black demon shark.

Obviously everyone agrees that Talocan wasn’t the bad guys, they were just aggressive in protecting themselves. All they wanted from the beginning was the creator of the machine and an ally, even though that potential ally partially exposed Talocan. And once they were met with violence they reacted in a way any other country would if they were attacked in their own territory.

Honestly Namor was an excellent character and This was superb acting

They made Namor look like Kotal Khan from Mortal Kombat.
