This workout is great. Anyone who sees this and wants to get healthier or lose weight, you can do it. Don't push it off like I did and think, "oh I'll start working out eventually." NO! I love these women bro. They always have fun and laugh during the workouts. They are not all robotic and fake like in other workout shows. This is good stuff and their attitudes make it very encouraging.

This is one of those workouts that look so much easier than doing it. Anna is one tough cookie. I’ve done a lot of workouts and none have taken my heart rate up past 180 like this one. I was absolutely dripping. No beads on me, mine turned into a full on waterfall. Loved every moment. Really felt like every move did something. One of my favs
Absolutely love these guys. Have to confess I pause the workouts sometimes, to catch my breath and then work even harder 👍🏼
The day that I can do every part of this workout without modification is the day I will be officially fit.

I've been doing PopSugar fitness cardio videos for a couple of weeks, I love HIIT, dance and Kickboxing yet only Ana is the one that makes me break a sweat in the 5 minute mark and the only I have find hard to finish the 30 minutes...there caridio videos are just crazyy and I love it!

Awesome short cardio blast. My whole body feels good! You’re an awesome trainer. The comments you make are done DURING the exercise so no stopping or distraction. This workout is killer....I’ve been doing popsugar workouts for awhile and this one is the toughest yet....had to pause a few times, but I got through the whole thing and feel awesome.
I LOVE IT! Thank you so much for making this videos. I just had a baby three months ago and it was getting hard to make time to go to the gym - because I work and study also - but with these videos, I am back on track and already losing the baby weight I have gained!

Oh, Gosh! It was amazing! 2 weeks ago i started doing workouts for beginners..... The first was 15min. low impact ... .I made 10 min. and i thought i would die )) But i continued, mainly cardio and mainly for beginners. And... today was this one! I made till the end, just missed some things in planc as my hands look like weak. But - have no intention to give up! I love this channel and Anna, she's amazing and always an example. No matter how difficult it is to follow i do it with all my eager as i see Anna and the team smiling and saying "Couple more seconds... " ))) And i'm doing the excercise till the end ) What's the most amaising thing in all these workouts is: 1 - I become more self confident, 2 - I become more flexible, 3- i'm in a good mood and..... I LOVE DOING SPORTS! Never thought i would love doing sports, haha) Again - thanks Popsugar team for your work! U encourage so many people!

Anna and POPSUGAR - can you make more 30 min cardio vids like this (esp. with Anna as the leader - when she's able!)? The ones with the guests are often a lot of talking and not as much moving. All of Anna's cardio videos are great and I have been using them for years - more would be great.
I've been doing this workout for more than four years now. First time I did this workout plus other calorie burn workouts from popsugar, I lost 30 lbs for 70 days.
I was doing 30% modified version...and here I thought I was in shape. I hope to get to 100% high intensity soon. Wow! Serious work out. Thanks!

Great, tough workout. I liked the variety and interesting moves. It felt like way more than 30 minutes. I do a lot of Popsugar workouts and this is up there with my favorites.

honestly ten minutes in I wanted to quit; my front thighs were hurting my legs were hurting ... so glad i stuck and did the entire one. Loved the cool down stretch never seen it before and it was very relaxing.. also liked the last 'You did it' encouragement, felt like a child getting candy for doing something right
Anna, can you make more 20 and 30 minute no-equipment cardio videos, ones that you lead? I use 3 of yours regularly and would love more since i've been using them for years!
