I already commented a few months ago. This is an update. I have lost 20Ibs and my cholesterol and blood sugar are down. I credit everything to kick it by Eliza. When you exercise and see results, it helps you keep doing all the other things you do to lose weight. Like eliminating fast foods, no eating out, and no eating after a certain time at night. People, it's a combination of all these things that make you lose weight. Again, I try not to look at Emily because towards the end, she becomes slack. I'm sure she wishes there was a do-over. This is the best video over. With knee braces, my knees do well. I have recommended it to so many people. The ball is in your court people. Thanks kick it crew.❤❤🌹

This was my first popsugar workout I ever did back in April. I could barely finish the modified versions. I have done one p/s workout every day since and I am down 17 lbs, have lost 3” off my hips, 2.5” off my waist and 2” off my thighs. 6 months ago I decided to treat myself once and for all by taking care of myself and doing excercise. I was super unfit, could barely run for 2 minutes, and jumping would hurt my knees. Today I did this workout like it was a piece of cake 😂 and I just realised how far I have reached!! I totally get you! The first time I did this, my leg muscles were so unused to working that hard that I was basically crippled for a few days afterwards (it hurt so bad to stand and walk downstairs lol) But during quarantine, I exercised and ate healthier and after a few months, I tried this video again I barely broke a sweat! It's so gratifying!
I swear I wanted to give up 5 minutes into the video but I kept going and going and going and OH MY GOD, what an amazing sequence! Definitely worth it! I feel so powerful and capable!

If anyone wanted the calorie burn: I’m 5’3, 115 Ibs, did high impact, and didn’t skip anything and burned 205 calories(which is pretty good for a workout that was only really around 20 minutes or so if you don’t count the stretches at the beginning and end). Very good workout! Loved it!
Not quite enough cardio, but I love how REAL it was--Anna's comments were spot on--no pretending it's all an easy feat. Favorite part was the cool down at the end, focusing inward. Impacted me more than I thought it would.

I never, ever workout... yesterday I noticed I’m 10 pounds up since the last time I step up the scale. Yesterday I tried a 60 minutes/ 600 calories that of course I didn’t finished. I suffered a little, but this was perfect for me. Thank you for the stretching part and for keeping me motivated!
This is a full body workout with simple but challenging programs. The arm moves here is the first arm routine I didn’t give up, thanks to the active recovery. And it’s always so much fun to have Anna. I love her positive and genuine attitude.
Ahh, this was GREAT! A little challenging for the legs because I'd just done my daily dose of lunges before starting this video, but I liked the burn and their smiles and energy were contagious! Loved the long stretch, I feel sooo in sync with my body and mind right now. Thank you, ladies! ❤️

As someone with chronic pain who does NOT move as fast as the women in the video - I really appreciate that one of the instructors is for entry-level students. She still moves way faster than I do, but that's what pause buttons are for.
This video isn't actually too bad to watch at x0.75 speed if that helps to keep up with them!! Chronic pain gal here, much of it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be!!

This was my favourite class yet on this site - loved the hand clap section - felts a really good work out all over my body. yeah me and my sister have been doing this work out while having video call on whatsapp so we can see each other and we just call out amercian woops and so on when they do that! but it isn't so much fun if there's no one to laugh at it with :-) dunno if it's a younger person thing as i'm 47.

I was starting my second month going to the gym when the pandemic happened, I'm just starting to take care of what I'm eating now and this video is my start on exercise and it got me so excited to keep doing it. So glad I found this channel! I'll sure be back tomorrow
This is probably my favorite workout I've done from popsugar fitness! I like how she takes it slow and counts out each beat. I did this workout and was sore the next day!
Okay, I've struggled so hard to find workouts on UA-cam that would inspire me to exercise every day and push through my laziness, but *I love this*. First time has been quite exhausting, but the cool-down at the end? Totally worth it. I read in the comments that so many people benefitted from this one, so I'll definitely keep trying to do this every other day!
Update from Day 2: Today I had soared muscles from the same workout yesterday, so rounds 2 and 3 were about to break my spirit. I had to take some rest in between because of how short of breath I was, but managed to pull it together and keep on exercising. Today I slowed down some of the last combinations because I really wanted to feel the power in my kicks and control more of my abysmally weak abs and I hope it was effective. Cooldown was much needed and appreciated, as always. (Didn't manage to look at myself in the mirror because of how fat I look, tho). Update from Day 3: Today has been quite tough, even though I managed to get through Rounds 2 and 3 without taking any rest. My goal for today was really trying to control breath during exercises. However, at the end I've started to feel out of energy, most probably because I also took 20 minutes of spinning. I know it sounds as if I'm asking too much from my body but I ate way too much at dinner and felt completely busted, so I had to workout a little bit more than usual. Have I already said that I love the cooldown? Update from Day 5: Done! Update from Day 6: Today I had my boyfriend do this workout with me and it was actually super fun to share this with someone. We both were exhausted but we managed to come through it! Update from Day 7: Today I didn't feel like it and only managed to get through Round 2, and only with a great deal of self-control because all of my body feels so tired right now. It's not even painful, it's just completely exhausting. I tried to fight through Round 3 but the first uppercut made me realize that I couldn't make it, not today. I know I shouldn't go that easy on myself, since I'm so lazy all the time, but today's not it.
This is by far my most favorite workout from this channel. Lots of good positive and fun energy from start to finish. Didn't even feel like I was working out!
This is a very good workout, especially if you are under 50 years of age. For us much older women, I recommend doing the workout but not as fast. And if there are any particular drills that hurt your knees, back, arms, neck, etc., then simply modify them. I taught martial arts and cardio boxing for years and had many women above 70 years of age who never thought they'd be able to get through the class, but I helped them modify the drills to suit their abilities. After 3 months, they were able to do the full drills, keeping up with me. It takes time if you are older, but keept it up. This is definitely a good workout for the entire body.
I’m coming back the next day to say my legs have been annihilated. They’re dead. Gone. Life today, walking and sitting. was torture. And I loved it. Definitely doing this workout again once my muscles stop hating me!♥️

i died all depends on your body type. I've been doing workouts similar to this for 2-3 months now and I have gotten many compliments on how I've lost weight. however, I recommend checking out "10-minute cardio jump workout to burn major calories" by popsugar aswell. the 10-minute cardio is something you can do quick and burns a ton of calories! I usually do the 10-minute video 3 times and I feel super tired but awesome afterwards! ALSO make sure to take pictures of your progress! it really helps and keeps you motivated! hope this helped :)

Just finished this workout and it was fun! I loved the gradual build up. Also, the warm up and cool down was awesome!
I usually just turn down the volume of the exercises and just copy them but now I've realised I can't do it without their motivation 😁😌😇

As someone with chronic pain who does NOT move as fast as the women in the video - I really appreciate that one of the instructors is for entry-level students. She still moves way faster than I do, but that's what pause buttons are for.
This video isn't actually too bad to watch at x0.75 speed if that helps to keep up with them!! Chronic pain gal here, much of it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be!!
Been doing this workout on a weekly basis, rotating with my other faves, for awhile. I absolutely love it! Great change up to some of the other popsugar stuff. I love Eliza! Please bring her back!

This was my favourite class yet on this site - loved the hand clap section - felts a really good work out all over my body. Also love that Eliza encourages but there's not too much 'c'mon girls' chit chat that some of the other classes have - I'm from the UK so less is more with that stuff. Eliza had the perfect balance ! Also love the cool down - feel really to start my Monday - thank you
yeah me and my sister have been doing this work out while having video call on whatsapp so we can see each other and we just call out amercian woops and so on when they do that! but it isn't so much fun if there's no one to laugh at it with :-) dunno if it's a younger person thing as i'm 47.

I'm from Brasil, and that's my favorite video to exercise. I love the energy of Eliza Shirazi, the exercise it's not extremely hard, but it's not easy at all. I end up sweating a lot, but pleased and relaxed. Thanks for this video! I'd love to see more of her!
I'm so out of shape 3 min into video I was red and sweating like crazy I had to stop the video 15 min in to take a breather! Lol but it felt good to finish the workout

I was starting my second month going to the gym when the pandemic happened, I'm just starting to take care of what I'm eating now and this video is my start on exercise and it got me so excited to keep doing it. So glad I found this channel! I'll sure be back tomorrow
This is probably my favorite workout I've done from popsugar fitness! I like how she takes it slow and counts out each beat. I did this workout and was sore the next day!
Okay, I've struggled so hard to find workouts on UA-cam that would inspire me to exercise every day and push through my laziness, but *I love this*. First time has been quite exhausting, but the cool-down at the end? Totally worth it. I read in the comments that so many people benefitted from this one, so I'll definitely keep trying to do this every other day!
Update from Day 2: Today I had soared muscles from the same workout yesterday, so rounds 2 and 3 were about to break my spirit. I had to take some rest in between because of how short of breath I was, but managed to pull it together and keep on exercising. Today I slowed down some of the last combinations because I really wanted to feel the power in my kicks and control more of my abysmally weak abs and I hope it was effective. Cooldown was much needed and appreciated, as always. (Didn't manage to look at myself in the mirror because of how fat I look, tho).
Update from Day 3: Today has been quite tough, even though I managed to get through Rounds 2 and 3 without taking any rest. My goal for today was really trying to control breath during exercises. However, at the end I've started to feel out of energy, most probably because I also took 20 minutes of spinning. I know it sounds as if I'm asking too much from my body but I ate way too much at dinner and felt completely busted, so I had to workout a little bit more than usual. Have I already said that I love the cooldown?
Update from Day 5: Done!
Update from Day 6: Today I had my boyfriend do this workout with me and it was actually super fun to share this with someone. We both were exhausted but we managed to come through it!
Update from Day 7: Today I didn't feel like it and only managed to get through Round 2, and only with a great deal of self-control because all of my body feels so tired right now. It's not even painful, it's just completely exhausting. I tried to fight through Round 3 but the first uppercut made me realize that I couldn't make it, not today. I know I shouldn't go that easy on myself, since I'm so lazy all the time, but today's not it.
This was great Eliza! When it gets super taxing I give up. This workout was right in the intense but i-can-do-it space!

This is by far my most favorite workout from this channel. Lots of good positive and fun energy from start to finish. Didn't even feel like I was working out!
This is a very good workout, especially if you are under 50 years of age. For us much older women, I recommend doing the workout but not as fast. And if there are any particular drills that hurt your knees, back, arms, neck, etc., then simply modify them. I taught martial arts and cardio boxing for years and had many women above 70 years of age who never thought they'd be able to get through the class, but I helped them modify the drills to suit their abilities. After 3 months, they were able to do the full drills, keeping up with me. It takes time if you are older, but keept it up. This is definitely a good workout for the entire body.
I’m almost a 1/3 into this workout and I had to take a break this is amazing so far and I can feel the burn 🥰
I’m coming back the next day to say my legs have been annihilated. They’re dead. Gone. Life today, walking and sitting. was torture. And I loved it. Definitely doing this workout again once my muscles stop hating me!♥️

This is the best workout I have ever watched. I use it daily. Anna makes it so much fun with her complaints and pain. It keeps me going knowing she is fit, but feels my pain. I love her. Emily is supposed to be the advanced, but barely bent her knees and boxed in 'party cake'. Thanks Eliza.

i died all depends on your body type. I've been doing workouts similar to this for 2-3 months now and I have gotten many compliments on how I've lost weight. however, I recommend checking out "10-minute cardio jump workout to burn major calories" by popsugar aswell. the 10-minute cardio is something you can do quick and burns a ton of calories! I usually do the 10-minute video 3 times and I feel super tired but awesome afterwards! ALSO make sure to take pictures of your progress! it really helps and keeps you motivated! hope this helped :)
