1. Drink water (morning)
2. Exercise (morning or any time throughout the day)
3. Avoid using technology/phone an hour after you wake up and an hour before you go to sleep.
4. To learn something new everyday even if it's just for 5 minutes (eg learn a language)
5. To connect with people daily (socialize with positive people)
6. Connecting with nature. It heals. Eg going to beach etc. If you can't go out in nature put nature sounds on YT

Having a job doesn't fit into these typical UA-cam influencer routines 🤔
My mother always said ‘don’t retire’ or you’ll get sick. She meant we need socialization, but without a close friend group people can become reclusive making themselves ill in a number of ways. She also swore by the sun in the early morning, walking, yoga, reading and what you put in your mind/body shows in the ways you present yourself to others. Eat well, be well. 😊
This video is very soothing your calm voice helps with my anxiety and depression this is my favorite video I watch it daily.
I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine of solid habits is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me).
I actually cultivated those habits in my life, once I began practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my habits, despite my motivation (ex. Studying) - to make sure I do it I began recording it and posting it on my youtube channel.
Like you said in the video habits can change your life, but historically Id go too hard, not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, giving up and hating myself. So now I’m trying to give a small-ish, consistent mediocre effort everyday. And it’s crazy how it all adds up.
First time I'm actually thrilled to be INFP like someone alive today who actually inspires me! The routine you propose is very close to mine, the very first thing I do as soon as I stand up is stretch and reach hiiigh in the sky, standing on my toes, looking myself in the mirror and say outloud "Hey you, i got this! Let's make it happen". Ever since this 30sec routine has helped me a lot to start on a good step with a challenge accepted mind rather than stress about all the to do's, if anyone with anxiety wants to try. Great video and a lot of good points! One thing I will disagree on, at least to some degree, is learning something new every day. Speaking for myself, the moment you said that I felt stressed at the idea. I think it's directly related to how much intentional and unintentional information we all intake every day, and how we're really not built to have the world literally at our fingertips. I can see that idea being much more welcome if the overwhelming feeling of too-much-information didn't exist, but speaking as both an introvert and as someone extremely conscious of how the information bombardment has affected my mind over the years, the idea of something (intentionally) new every week sounds much more doable to me. As I say, only speaking for myself, as someone who remembers how my brain felt before cellphones. Keep up the great work, and it was terrific to see two videos posted so close together with a lot of great ideas!

Hii Your videos are easy to understand n implement. 😊keep it up. Well my one habit that is to drink water as soon as i wake up and not to consume any food before bathing. It helps me get away from laziness n motivates me with a good start. And yes I brush my hair and then sleep at night with a bun which makes me feel light n ready to sleep. 🤗

Awesome content as always! I have been a subscriber of your wonderful channel for more than 2 years. I am a guy from Spain who has always had wavy hair but for some reason a year ago, it became very frizzy. What would you suggest in general and which herb would you recommend to wash hair with to solve this problem? Keep up the great work :)
You can use rosemary and hibiscus for that
I'm not sure of I'm the only one like this. But I also enjoy reading before bed because I feel like I retain the information better. It's the last thing on my mind and subconsciously my brain will digest that information as I sleep.

Looks like you moved to a new place wondering if you had to give up Bambi. Some r saying he was stolen but I haven’t seen that mentioned in any of your videos? I’d use my YT platform to find my furbaby if he was stolen.
