WHAT....... I was really struggling with inflammation and my sugar was spiking then I found out about LMNT and the adding of maltodextrin.. stopped using it right away and noticed a difference in just a couple of days..
They’re not dishonest. Just sneaky. All the food industry has little carv outs and exceptions so they don’t have to tell you in plain English what you’re ingesting. From scratch is what I do 90% of the time. Rarely eat out unless it’s steakhouse or other place that has to cook my food. No fast food.
I use the chopper when I have several things to chop, like making gumbo or soup. Goes in the dishwasher and cleans well. I use the Ninja Creami for my Keto Chow and have "ice cream" for lunch
Love my Blendtec! We purchased ours at a home show in 1999 & it is still going strong. Over the years we have had to replace the carafe a few times but the motor is bulletproof.
A lot of "trendy" items are designed for people who need the assistance. Like with the chopper, someone who only has one useful hand or doesn't have the coordination for a knife would likely find the chopper very useful. Like the Snuggie...the "blanket with sleeves" is good for someone in a wheelchair. Things like that. They just need to get people who don't *need* them to buy, too, for bigger profits.
Why even bother when you can take 1 60mg tablet of Mg and 1 200mg of potassium with 1/8 tsp salt in food thorughout the day and it costs 1/25th that of LMNT...and no Maltodextrin!
@@NicholeGilbert-yt2fnI would rather use those because at least they don't hide the fact that there's maltodextrin in it 🤷🏻♂️ but there is only a quarter of the amount of sodium magnesium and potassium as LMNT. I wouldn't use it because I don't like the Ace K as a sweetener. I have bad reactions to it. If it doesn't bother you, it should be fine. I have a video on my channel about how to make your own also...
I tried your Keto carrot muffins... I am sold. Your channel is one of my FAVES of all time for keto. Even days after, these muffins, and the flavour and everything taste amazing! Not just a one time thing. Your recipes are SOLID. Thank you.
For spaghetti I use the egg white pasta, Raos bolognase, lots of ground beef & grated & shredded parmesan cheese. It's just like regular pasta to me. A bit pricey but worth it. I'm going try other recipes w those noodles. Thelat mushroom Raos is good too.
I have the chopper that was invented before the one you’re using maybe 15 years ago. I use it when I have several onions to chop. It’s not worth it for just one. But if you’re doing meal prep or onions for several recipes, it’s great
I tried your idea using protein shake in my coffee and I LOVE it! I used my electric frother and it got sooooo creamy and made my coffee a latte…sooooo good!
I love your egg free icecream. My husband isnt keto but wants to have more natural food now and he loves it so much. Id love to have a mixer like that for the ice cream
That’s funny that you mentioned it, I used my four in one chopper for the first time this evening… I put chunks of zucchini in it and pushed it through the smallest grate and made macaroni-like noodles two pair with a pasta sauce! Works great! Haven’t cleaned it yet😂😂😂
My Bissell Crosswave is like the Tineco. Use and clean the same, but less expensive and will do rugs too. I love the pet cleanup products you can get with the Crosswave. Was looking at the ziplock storage and so will look at them harder now. lol

You are hilarious! Was going directly to Amazon to order those egg white noodles until the word “Maggots”! I’ll get over it Annie, and I will try it. Love your dry humour.
Ninja Creami. Absolutely wish I hadnt bought it. I do NOT like any of the keto icecream ...always tastes gummy. #2 I bought a fermentation kit and have never used it. #3 LMNT expensive and made my ankle swell & break me out in hives #4 egg white wraps - disgusting😅 #5 Equip Protein Powder - LOVE IT
I started making creamer from a recipe (well 9 different flavors around a common base) from Stephanie Parlegreco from "I Can't Believe it's Low Carb" and while it'e not that difficult, it still takes some effort. Never thought about using the Premier/Equate Shakes, though I tried them for Ice Cream (....Big Fail) but I am going to try using it for creamer, they do have enough flavors. Thanks Annie. I got the Ninja Blender a while back, with the "Tower O' Blades". I love it and will never go back to one with the bottom blades (except for my little bullet type one for smoothies.
I love the tip you shared about premier protein drink as coffee creamer ive been uaing it ever since in place of heavy cream or half and half. Ive used salted caramel, the apple cinnamon roll and coffee flavored one. Also I dont use any stevia with it because the drinkbis sweet enough .. love it!!
I absolutely love USA Pan bakeware. It's the nicest I've ever used, and best of all, it does not give off toxic (PFOA/PTFE) fumes which could kill my pet bird, like most non-stick pans. The USA Pan stainless steel cookware is great, too. It's the same quality as All-Clad, for less money.
I use the chopper when I'm making big pots of soup or chili. I'm a little slow at chopping so when I'm chopping a lot at once it really does save time for me. If I'm just chopping a small amount I leave it in the drawer.
This got me thinking of my own purchases. Silicone lids have been by far my most useful in the microwave and in the refrigerator. Also Anyday cookware for the microwave and just glass food storage. Expensive but outstanding. That's really it, but omg craft items could fill a page :)
I have one of those choppers and used it when I'm making something with a lot of veggies, like a stir fry (I've had it for a little over 3 years, before it became a trend🤣). it cleans up well in the dishwasher. I do use a knife and my cutting board for just a couple veggies,
I've been using a Nicer Dicer which was precursor to your chopper for years. You look like you have excellent knife skills, but mine are not the greatest. I like it when I want a brunoise. It doesn't work that well with tomatoes, though. As for cleaning it, you are correct that cleaning the grid can be a little fiddly, but a toothpick works pretty well on the one or two areas that need special attention. Thank you for making this video. I was especially interested in your opinion of the egg white noodles. I've seen mostly negative reviews for those, so I was surprised you liked them.
I have that chopper. I don’t use it that often now bc I am mostly carnivore now but if we are having an extended family dinner (19 of us), it is worth using. When there is just the three of us I hand chop.
Starbucks does not use Blendtec. They use Vitamix. In fact, the AER disc they use for cold foam is Vitamix exclusive. Jamba Juice uses Blendtec, though some stores might still have machines from their past use of both Vitamix and their own Jamba Juice branded machines.
I have the chopper in a different brand… I only use it when I do amass chopping, not often. I love my Ninja Creami, I have had for a couple of years now. I use it randomly… but it is great. The noodles, still not sure. I don’t crave noodles… so it isn’t a desire to have. I like LMNT. I have never had a spike from anything. I do use protein for my coffee and have used it for use. I just do not get enough protein for the day. I use isopure zero. I don’t need to collect any more mugs. I love mugs, it is my weakness. I use contigo to cups. Cheap and coffee purse worthy.
So do I- I'm not much of a fan of silicone baking containers or air fryer silicone, either. Unless there's some big secret I don't know, they're impossible to get smells out of! And they're always greasy. Going back to the tried-and-true!
The shark vac mop is soooo much better than the tineco!!! Not a fan of LMNT or the chopper, easier to just hand chop. I will have to try those egg noodles. Always looking for a good pasta replacement!
I don't get the analogy of the salt used in baking that enhances the flavor, to the salt used in electrolyte drinks. We use a pinch of salt for a whole baking recipe, so we never get a salty flavor, whereas LMNT and other such compounds is mainly salt.with 1000mg sodium to 200mg magnesium and 60 mg potassium. I do use LMNTs (though I can't figure out why I do, since taking the same amounts of those electrolytes in tablet form is, so far as I know, the same, and significantly less expensive. Also, because the packet of LMNT is so salty, I if I don't want to glug it down just to manage to get it over with, I only use 1/4 packet to 8oz. of water, so I'm having to be waterlogged to meet my daily potassium needs, especially when I'm fasting and therefore getting no electrolytes from food. That said, the stuff is hugely popular, and I've heard many other influencers sponsored by the company say they find it delicious, so maybe it's just me.
I bought a spiralizer which I only used twice. I love both my Bamix stick blender and my Mr Whipster pogo whisk. I started using and really like my crockpot / slow cooker which I had had for 40 years and hardly used. I bought a set of 3 cookie scoops which I haven't used. I bought a set of metal mini measuring spoons which I think I've only used once. Now when I see something which I consider buying I try to think of what I would use it for and whether I would really use it. I had considered an air fryer and a multi-purpose cooker but decided that they weren't for me.
Always been my major gripe with the stuff you recommend, which is for the most part, the items you recommend are pricey. Towards the end of this video you don't recommend a item because it's pricey yet you recommend a mixer at $450? You aren't the only one, but it would benifit all if price was a consistent part of your recommendations.
I used to use LMNT until I found out that there are 400-500mg of maltodextrin in it. I was wondering why my A1C was creeping up since I had been so good about cutting sugar and being low carb. I stopped drinking it and I will be having blood work done in December. I am curious to see if stopping LMNT will have an effect.
This is just one random observation and no shade intended licensed colorist/hairdresser here but your hair extensions need a bit of lowlight swatches to match the upper parts your color and itblooks likebtwo different haircuts, so it need blending. It looks like you are wearing a hair scarf around your neck. ❤
Disappointed at your choice of sponsor. I did buy a chopper but that was only because it was just over $8 on a BF offer with coupon a few days ago - it will probably end up in the same place the spiralizer has :D

Disappointed in LMNT use of maltodextrin in their flavors. Spikes blood sugar. Higher glycemic index than sugar.
Nobody made you drink it. She has to make a living too

Good to know! I still haven’t opened it yet! 😂 I want to see how many of you love yours.
Have they taken out the maltodextrin out of LMNT?
No. Just admitted it was in there under coded names.
The raw ones and the sparkling ones don’t. But the canned sparkling ones are soooo expensive
Do you use the special cleaner with your tineco?
Surprised we're still seeing LMNT recommendations especially on a keto channel that is specifically singling out as good.
Take a drink every time she says influenced
Liked the video. I will try some I’m interested in.

LMNT is very expensive and I don’t notice any difference in using it or nothing. There are also cheaper options.
Love my yeti cup
