Now theirs evidence a back door was unlocked and based on her position and the gunshots seem to have come from within the house, he also is clearly trying to paint himself innocent by saying she invited him over when he even admits she didn't initially want him over at first. Followed by seeking an alibi and reaching out for others meaning he likely didn't have a solid credible alibi to place him anywhere away from the crime scene. Also he alleged he fled and came back and called 911 but then says he called her friend and family. Like he's all over the place with his stories. If he wasn't guilty he would be asking is she okay? I’m so glad I left my toxic relationship. My ex was cheating on me, starting fights with me so he can leave to be with her, bust my car Windows multiple times, threaten to buy a gun, and all. I waited for him to leave. Packed a uhaul and moved in the middle of the night and never looked back.
