      Cops using the word “r#tard”. “Driving like a “r#tard”. Sounds like something a cop would say. If they say that you know he says the N word.And that’s a lie, in his state he would have gotten a ticket AND taken to jail for the license. But they usually say “what did you throw out” to hope they will admit to something cops didn’t witness. Heard a cop ask another cop one time at a stop, “did you see them throw something out the window”? And the cop said “she could have”, would not just say “NO I DIDNT SEE HER THROW ANYTHING OUT”. Either you did or didn’t see. Pride and ego.

      The dog didn’t get to bite so the officer had to ‘over’ congratulate him. You do the same with drug dogs (throw a kong) when they don’t find anything. Prevents the dog from getting frustrated and burn out.

      This is typical. I worked as a private officer, contracted through a city department, and the sheriff's department. This was in the early 2000s. We made arrests on the nightly, and you wouldn't believe how many of these idiots try and act like they are victims. Well, you probably would believe it after seeing these videos.

      On a gentle bend on a freeway I noticed that there were headlights where there should be taillights. Then I recognized it as a swerving vehicle with a closing speed of at least140 mph. We didn't hit each other by pure luck. Boring freeway driving turned into white-knuckles out of nowhere within a split second, faster than I could react.

      I had 5 at 18, best thing to ever happen to me because i was on a dark path. Completed my probation and now im 35 and have never been back to jail. When you’re 18 committing crimes, as long as you don’t murder or rape or touch a child inappropriately, u should get a 2nd chance

      It's all about the form of communication. They communicate with the K9 a specific way and in specific commands so that no random person can give it a command. And the praise is done specifically after work so the dog knows it is the one receiving the praise.

    Retired teacher here. I used to have a student who would get arrested literally every month. He'd go to juve, do his time, and come back to school. We did this for months. One month, he came back and I asked him how juve was. He said he didn't go to juve, he went to jail. (He had finally turned 18.). I asked how jail was. He said it was awful. The other prisoners were mean, the food was bad, he hated it! (He was a really big young man so he was used to being top dog in juve.). He did learn from this and actually got his act together.

      One thing I have noticed from watching these police arrest clips: The blue collar criminals lack critical thinking skills and lack awareness of consequences.       I turned my life around 4 years ago but when I was younger an did my 1st bid in prison 🙄 I remember sitting Im the holding cell from court an had just been given 2 years on a probation violation an still had court In another county for the same thing an a girl was in there with me bawling her eyes out cause she had just gotten 10 days for petty larceny for some dollar tree sunglasses so technically 5 days 🤦🏻‍♀️ an omg I was so frustrated with her like she was no stop snot coming out her nose the whole nine yards crying that I told the CO if she didn't move me or her I was gonna do more than that 2 years 😂 They moved me real quick but some people just amazes me , don't do dumb stuff unless you are ready to put on your big girl/boy pants an own up to it 💯👏💪😂

The reason a judge made it a low cash bond is because no bondsman will pick up his case with 8 independent felony charges of bail jumping. No f*cking WAY momdukes whom just had her small to midsize sedan totalled by her reckless dipsh*t son afford a 50K cash bond with no signature from any bondsman. No bondsman means 50k cash is you're paying 50k cash. No putting up your home, no putting up a car none of that. It means unless someone walks into the courthouse with a 50k money order or check, he stuck in the joint hands down.

      i had a job in a pie factory years ago. my boss had a deal with the low cat prison nearby. we'd help 'rehabilitated' prisoners etc...
      well one guy we had was annoying, loud, bragged all the time, a complete ass.
      turns out his crime was murder of a granddad and his grandkid drink driving.
      zero remorse from him as he neared the end of his sentence.
      he said he was guilt free as he'd "served his time". he only got 7 years and served 3 and a half.
      this is in england and it's sick af

In prison, not only do you get free meals and a bed every day, but you are with ppl is the same situation as you.     If I ever decide to take up a life of crime I'm moving to Wisconsin where you can commit felony upon felony upon felony month after month after month and still always get released on another bond to commit more crimes. Seriously though, I'm eternally grateful to live in a state that isn't so f'd up as Wisconsin.

      This is the reason why police canines give so many false positives. A lot of dogs realize that if they behave a certain way, they get treated better. Not if they do a certain task.

      @@larryg2705 I think you're severely underestimating how well trained police dogs are lol. To think that the police dogs constantly make mistakes out of their own selfish will to get positive reinforcement while knowing they're not accurately doing their job right. And YES, they absolutely 100 percent know not to deliberately signal a hit if there was not really one. They're trained for years to do this and they're extremely well disciplined

    I love that Blue Cam shows the human side of police. The phone calls, the conversations, and most importantly the reactions. Seeing them celebrating with the Bork Bork Nam Nam… just makes you remember that these people are people. They have loved ones, and things they care about.
