Bhai focus more on Whole foods. Pre and Post workout is enough. L Leucine is just a single amino acid. Wo akele zada kuch ni kr skta. Jabtk usse baaki ki aminoacids naa mile for muscle building.

Sir plz suggest me a good workout split cause I'm sick doing push pull legs , and you told your body won't change if you don't change your workout split!!
well no one will ever say that your body wont change if you dont change your workout split . you can even periodize your workout training doing the same split but in different rep ranges , tempo and other things its kindof stupidity to change workout split way quickly when there is no need because that way we cant compare or track your progress in the gym

@@piyushtekchandani1177 the best workout split is the one you can follow and recover from , doesnt matter if it full body 3x weekly ,upper lower body 4x weekly or push pull legs or any other training split choose what works for you and what helps you progress best. their are other factors which you wont understand so not typing here like weekly volume etc . just focus on hitting every muscle group atleast 2x week and progressively overload .

Workout in this video only allows training each body part once a week , which i heard is not optimal way to train.
You are on the right track man 6 months into the gym having a little knowledge thats great keep learning and keep going,,
we cant say its not optimal man its optimal for more STRENGHT GAINS and A LITTLE HYPERTROPHY BENEFIT and thats what he is aiming for in this period of training mainly on strenght side so its more optimal for strenght next period after maybe 2,3 months lets say he will train more for hypertrophy benefits that whats periodization of training according to goals are
and for you ,,, you have just started do you think HE IS AN ADVANCE ATHELETE and this video is for plateau bursting let me tell you plateau is far ahead from yourcurrent journey his training is more of advance athelete might not work for you so use whats working for you man ..
