    The one where you talked about lifting Pinky slightly up in Side Lateral raises, I’ve heard lots of physical therapists talk it’s a bad move as it puts your shoulder in ‘internal rotation’.
    Could you please talk about this in a new video perhaps?

      Yeah, you're spot on. Repeatedly doing that movement of lifting the pinky side higher is not good. A better way of doing Side Lateral Raises is to lean a little way forward and externally rotating the shoulder instead of internally. It will give you the same benefits without the risk of injury.

    Yes it's correct sir. I also started my strength training from last 1 month... And now I fell my strength increase day to day. I train naturally. No (💊💉). And my physique is next to next level now. Rep range is 6/8 Rep for every exercise set. The result is insane 🔥 👌 💯 👍

Jab gym shuru kiya tha jab fat bohot jyada tha mera , ab mera poori body ka size kam hogya lekin pet par jyada fark ni pda jabki m pet ki bhi exercise bhi krra hu do baar week may .     Sir I am 16 year old, I do total 120 reps of diffrence bench press with weight from 15 to 25 kg weight as a bigginer but I don't get any pump even after these number of reps however my arm starts paining , what should I do?
