my biceps got trigger very fast during back workout and i am unable to pump my back because of this biceps issue, is there any solution to stop this? anyone who knows about it please explain the solution
@@sagarnandal5325 bro it's probably bcs of the exercise u chose for back lat pulldown seated rows uses biceps extensively try doing cable pullover its the one which uses biceps very least
@@sagarnandal5325 Pull from your elbows and use your hand like a hook(hook grip)
And the second thing is try doing pre-contraction or pre-pump your lats before the main workout.

Gaurav Bhaiya, as i am 42 now, i feel the same about stretching and warmup cos body doesn't respond so quickly as its used to do earlier, secondly, if i get injury in any body part/muscle, it takes much longer time to recover than before.

Agrr koi steroid cycle nhi krr rhy or na kiya hy .. butt nolvadex or clomid le suckte hain ..bcz body making High estrogen low testosterone in natural bodybuilding to kya krre estrogen ko kmm krrne ke liye ..is it nolvadex or clom. Is effective in low doses .. give some suggestion sir ?
