I have been following 16/8 Intermittent fasting for the last 10 months. I include fruits, nuts, herbs and kimchi in my diet. I have more energy than ever now.
The lovely video I have ever seen and I would definitely like to follow them. I also take care of myself but it's very important to take care of oneself specially in the old age. Nowadays, Ithe children specially the sons do not care for their parents in their old age and betrayed them. I have 2 sons but I have no hope that they would look after me in my old age So I take care of myself from now onwards like doing exercises, taking food in proper time, and like to take organic fruits and vegetables .

vitamin k2 is more important in preventing osteperosis and other bone problems than calcium
