I like your videos kiran! Really good content. I agree with you that salad is very good for our health as it provides vitamins, minerals and fiber. However you mentioned that if we eat salad then fat won’t get stored in our body. This is not true at all! I have taken nutrition classes from reputable US university and also keep reading health and nutrition related articles and no where it says that eating salad helps prevent fat storage.
