I discovered this show and I'm sooo thankful, truly inspiring. Loved when they mention about visualization and when some times it doesn't happened as plan but you can still continue to believe because in the back of your mind you knew about those obstacle therefore you still can see it and keep visualizing, it's important to know that part cause you can stay stuck in why its not happening. Wow! This is my first time watching a show with you Marie and I'm IN LOVE! I love all the q's and a's discussed in this video. I especially love the visualization technique you gave to a caller. I used to use this technique when I was a performer in high school but never thought I could use this technique in other aspects of life. I can't believe I haven't discovered you sooner! So crazy I’m a make up artist who wants to transition into a teen self esteem/personal development coach so a little like one of your questions. I am a manager for a make up brand and I agree it’s where I need to stay until I am more established however what I wonder is whether I should follow or seek out further makeup opportunities or should you never climb a ladder you don’t ultimately want to be on? I have it ok where I am but should I strive for more in make up to make more money even though it would cause more stress and take time away from making the steps towards my ultimate goal? X

Even if what i said is right he tries so hard to make it look wrong and stupid!
P.s. I’m not really into fighting to be the right person, it just feels so bad that you start to question yourself if you’re really stupid or not!

This sounds toxic? Have you read up on narcissism? Just be sure he's not pulling one over you, energising himself as you shrink in his company, because he's belittling you. If you're questioning yourself, then that's a sign of being with a narcissist too. You get to decide for you and perhaps consult with some very trusted friends. My partner used to make me think I was crazy and I was raised to believe it, so it took a lot of therapy to realise what narcissism is, how to spot the warning signs and how to be my own champion. Nobody should blow out your candle to make their candle glow brighter. It's a sign of weakness and insecurity.
Marie, as a Christian, Kristen's call was a little awkward. It was uncomfortable feeling like people in my faith were being painted with a very broad "bad guy" brush when I was just sitting here enjoying all of your great business advice. I understand the compassion you feel for Kristen and I'm all for the message you shared. I'm a big proponent of live and let live, whether or not I agree with someone else's choices or beliefs. Maybe it would be better to answer those questions in private so as not to alienate all the others us who aren't hating on anyone and also want to be accepted for who _we_ are.
