I love your flows! As a teacher I enjoy classes that move and flow and don't need a lot of explanation. The ONLY thing I always wish is that we held Warrior 2 for longer. I like the first Warrior 2 to be a bit like the first down dog; a place to reset and refocus on strong breath. Thanks for sharing your practice!
This was tough but having done quite a few of your more core type yoga and Pilates my balance is improving. I love also that you do some resting practice at the end of the sessions too. I’m by no means perfectly able to balance but I’ll do this one every now and then to see how I able to improve 😊. Thank you. Being 65 years old this is so important to be strong as my body naturally calms down.

I LOVE this flow! I've find it 3 times now, and I've loved watching myself improve. I have a question for you Tana!! The hardest part of this workout for me is shavasana 🤔. I really struggle to hold still and find rest and my mind races. Any tips on how to find ease in shavasana??

i have hypermobile hips and was looking to strengthen my legs (rather than open my hips) through more balancing poses. this was perfect.
