Thank you Mira for a very effective exercise. I didn’t like it at first. A bit long but you are always very thorough. As I am getting used to it, I can do it quicker and it has made a big difference. I like the fact you retrain the pelvic floor to be supple and elastic. It makes sense. I am a fan of your exercises. Thank you again Mira.

When you are doing one lung where you are cross the legs the knee alignment is perfect there? I am confuse may be are knee is not comfortable in that Position becoz the ankle and knee is not inline
