    Absolutely love this one. Perfect for me after doing 2 days of intense yoga. No need for the "morning" in this title though, I thought it was perfect for an evening relaxation.

    This routine is so refreshing, I haven't practicing for over a year and couldn't keep up with offline yoga class which was too demanding. Brett larkin yoga is the best :)

    I struggle so much not to move….flow…and there was flow to this and it helped immensely. The slowing down is tough but I could feel the healing. Thank you 🦩

    I can’t thank you enough for sharing these longer practices on here with us lately. I especially loved the kundalini parts. I used to do yoga for 3 yrs, 6/7 days a wk (with you) but since I’m starting a new business & am a single mom now I unfortunately had to stop all reoccurring “extra” monthly expenses -including my membership. I thought I’d keep going on my own since my practice with you was so strong but I’ve just gone like 4 months w/ this being probably my 3rd time doing yoga again. That’s shocking to me! I felt so much stagnant energy leaving my body during this. It was wonderful. I’m a reiki practitioner now so I do that for other people but didn’t realize how much I needed energy moved for myself. As soon as I can afford it I’m definitely getting my membership back. I’ve missed you! Thank you, Brett. You’re truly the best. 🙏

    Hi Brett,
    I’m very new to yoga and am enjoying your channel.
    I start with this morning routine and have begun exploring kundalini, completing days 1&2. Is it ok to mix styles?
    I also struggle in the very low of my back and hips when crossing legs. Can you suggest anything to help?
