You may be the one getting all the credit and money the thrill of driving a stock car at the highest level and all that but you're not in that car for you! don't forget that these races are put on for entertainment for the fans!! it was boring, and with comments like that, you'll never get another full house at Bristol! Sounds like you're encouraging NASCAR to just leave it alone and that can't happen nobody will go to that race I haven't been to that track yet it's on my schedule hopefully God willing! in the future with my son but I want to see racing not every car going in the same circle at the same speed. NASCAR knows what the fix is they're very intelligent engineers in the sport. You need to find off throttle time. The only way to do that is to add horsepower cuz it doesn't seem like Goodyear's going anywhere with these tires. You add horsepower, the drivers are going to drive in deeper, be more on the edge, you'll have comers and goers like you should at Bristol. You can still lead all the laps. there just needs to be som action somewhere!!!! Wait till Martinsville NASCAR needs to be careful here. Lose that short track? drivers need to be careful here, drivers should be promoting better action for the people they drive for, which is us the fans!!!! Or has that changed too?? Do they even really care about the fans? sure haven't shown it in the past!

Fans didn't like the Bristol race because Larson owned their guy. Nobody really had anything for him, not even Elliot despite what he said after the race. At Kansas, Larson crew chief says Larson ran over something, then says it was a slow leak. Is he saying the tire was already low when Larson ran over what ever it was? Because you can see that the tire BLEW before Larson hit the wall, it was no slow leak. The RR was grinding down diffuser before the car hit the wall. Hamlin has had the best (fastest) overall pit stops all year. Murphy says if it can go wrong it will, and at the worst possible moment. He was due.

I really don’t say anything about the races. Ive been watching over 30 years. Then I turn the tv off and watch the next week’s race. Sure some are not the greatest. But I’m not in the cars. So I just try to enjoy them. You can’t expect every single race to be super.

The race only looks boring when the camera stays on car #5 all day. The race for second on back was sweet. I enjoyed focusing on the struggles of the 99 and the 54 and who was gonna make it through the round. This is why I always advocate seeing one of these in person. No broadcast can do any auto race true justice.

What is a good race is subjective to the person, I thought the dominance made the battle for the lead boring, but I loved watching some guys work on each other to make a pass

Sometimes a driver is just simply dominant. Larson was just that. Best car, best driver, great track. Good race, good win.

Now that I will 0 races within reasonable driving distance for me next year I’ll have to go to Kansas. I have been wanting to go to Charlotte but the 600 rain debacle and the roval being the fall race will probably never entice me to go there in the near future. I’ll reserve Memorial Day weekend for Indy and get my 1.5 mile fix at Kansas and eventually Homestead (if it ends up as the championship race). I have even less negotiating power than Front Row but I’ll give it a shot 😅

Cancan. Kansas race was a really good race. And so was Bristol. There shouldn't be any complaints about that race. It was a regular old school NASCAR race. Not sure why people didn't like it. Both races ticked all the boxes. Although being eliminated from the race for having 4 flat tires is just stupid. NASCAR built that into these cars. Bad move NASCAR. Fix it.

It's always been tough to pass at bristol. Back in the day the only way you could pass was by moving the guy in front of you. KB is washed, he ran out of talent, he lost his edge.

I think that Jr. did well for not having raced in a long time. I can feel his frustration when things go wrong. Technology is great when it works well but when it doesn't it is a pain in the butt. I was a little suspicious of Denny's explanation for the gentlemen being there (sorry, old age makes me forget names sometimes). I wish I could have stayed awake to watch on Sat. night but alas fell asleep and missed all the drama. Thanks for bringing me up to date.
