Thanks for the videos. I've learned a ton from watching them. Do you think this kit could be fitted for the AGT DM12-C?

I like the vibrator attached to the tank! I was blasting this past weekend for the first time and that was a problem I had quite a bit. I did a quick search on eBay and found they make pneumatic vibrators, I'll do a little more research and use one of those. Trying to avoid running a power cord out too. Would also prefer to band the vibrator to the tank, rather than weld on a pressure vessel. My welds are good, just always nervous about welding to pressure vessels.

I have an MAVI VA12S. I can't find manuals. The hydraulic tank is on the right side under foot. Is this an H model or QH? Which oil cooler/filter assembly do I need? I would also like to buy the pressure gauge set up. I believe the auxiliary hoses are 1/2" O.D. threads, the same as the boom cylinders. I also want to purchase the flat faced quick disconnects. Thanks for the information. I have a similar excavator/ 2024 MIVA va13. I ran into a problem with the tracks. Minimal gravel on/in the track, stops moving forward and partial rotating. Is this common?

I have a few questions about my hydraulic system on my mini excavator and wondering if you can answer? The main DCV has a separate spring loaded nut next to the pressure adjustment valve. Do you know if I can pressure test my system here? I have a picture but not sure if I can add here? Do you have a site where I can send a photo of the DCV?

How did this to mine and it caused the machine to bog light crazy when extending the Dipper arm as if the spools are different

My god these things are twitchy. Maybe you wouldn’t know if you didn’t come from large excavator use. Some decent engineering se the factory could have made them so much better at very little extra cost.

I've got one with 2 hours on it now. It threw a track today. I looked at a few videos of how to get it back on and before putting it back on I decided to investigate further. I took those roller wheels off and discovered they look like they have sealed bearings on them, but they are almost impossible to turn. Seems like they should spin freely, so I'm going to try and find an answer to that question. I'll try to find a mechanic that knows about these things and can answer that. I'm thinking the sealed bearings need to be replaced on this new machine? So I took the track off the other side also and removed the roller wheels there, same thing. Also the idler wheels at the front, they obviously have an up side and a down side as they are not symmetrical, one of them was upside down and I don't know which way is correct. One other thing, mine has a cab on it and they bolted the cab on right on top of the hinged hood for engine access so that the cab would need to be removed to open the hood. I solved it by removing the hinges and latches and cutting the hood with a cutoff wheel so the cab doesn't prevent the hood from opening. I also had 2 bolts holding the seat fall out already. Those Chinese, I want revenge!

Just a note, mine didn't come with a notch, I had to cut that out

I’m only just now getting into excavator ownership (just got an H15 which I’m ordering one of your oil cooler/filter kits in the next few days) but I’ve done tractoring and backhoe for a while and never knew any of this stuff which totally applies there too. . Really appreciate it!

I've been looking at all the various makes and models of these mini skid steers for some time now. I've been comparing track systems with the numerous drive setups, hydraulic pumps and how many, diesel engines vs. gas and all the different manufacturers who make these gas engines, as well as the overall size of the machine. I don't want to make the mistake of purchasing a unit that's undersized or underpowered for what i need to do, even if its for a job outside of the scope of what it was purchased for? I want to be sure that replacement parts are available. So it boils down to doing your homework first before going out and dropping thousands of dollars on equipment that won't live up to your expectations. Don't buy something because you believe it to be a deal when it really isn't. Dad always said, a cheap man pays twice. So true! Thanks for the video. Very informative.

I have a 3000lb mini-ex with 24HP and joystick controls that has a lot of boom-bounce build-up due to the powerful engine, light body and springy joysticks. In your opinion, what would be the best tactic to reduce this; 1. Cushion valve on the boom cylinder, 2. Better electronic adjustable joysticks, More counter-weight, Something else?

Thanks for the great video. It helps my understanding of my machine. I do have s question if you can help. I have an agt qh12 with less than 15 hours on it and it has become increasingly weaker to the point where it doesn't have the power to steer. I have turned the preasure relief valve up and get a max of 800 psi. Everything works just weakly. Im thinking the preasure relief valve may be bad. I can find pumps online thanks to you ,but have no clue what valve, or type of valve, or the type of pocket the valve goes into. Ive looked online but no luck. Would at least help if i even reall knew what i was looking for. Thanks again.

Great information. As a side note. I know of someone who used a four way fitting for the bottom so you could clear any clogs in the fitting. The plug was on the bottom. He also brazed a 4” tube on the bottom fitting for the tank with random holes to allow alternate holes to feed into the bottom T fitting. Really like shaking device idea. What is your progression opening and adjusting valves?

Just bought a FF12 and the auxiliary hydraulic lines are 1 size larger than the rest of them and being metric I was trying to figure out what size I needed for the fittings and this video "learnt" me what I needed to know. Thank ya!

Hi, I just picked up a FF12 here in CT. The one question I have today Is. My hydraulic tank is under floor on the right and it came equipped with a hydraulic filter mounted in the engine compartment mounted to the right , between the engine and the throttle. Before I try to add extra cooling to the engine, I am looking for an effective way to cool it Should add two fans to the shroud or install an oil cooler. Thanks in advance.

I haven’t gone through all the comments, but that same connection on the AGT H15 excavator is an M16x1.5. I should have measured first. Ended up paying $25 for two fittings, and $18 of that is shipping. Crazy how we get gouged on shipping costs nowadays. Now I have to order for (2) M16x1.5 to M14x1.5 for that connection.
