Seems like a great kit and a good price 👍 pretty awesome. I think these coolers will definitely improve the hydraulic system by keeping the oil from overheating, seals, motors and pump will definitely last a lot longer. 😊👍
I have enjoyed your videos and knowledge on the AGT h12 mini excavator. I have done a test with two fans 50° temperature oil temperature after 3 hours 155°.
I went ahead and purchased the H12 over the QH12 per your last video. Ordered it from Amazon for $5,400. Was looking for a cooler and filter. Delivery says around three weeks, so mid Feb. Was looking into an oil cooler and filter, so this is just in time.
your videos are fantastic for these machines. do you have a list of the pump / tank fitting sizes? I got my H12 AGT a month at an auction and have been waiting to use it much until I get the mods done I want.
Two questions: 1- how many amps does the fan draw? 2-Is the fan pulling air in or blowing air outside? I like how you have it arranged, its a very clean set up and looks easy to service and install, better than others I have seen posted on UA-cam.
Thanks for the channel. I have a Chinese mini skid. And I think it needs a new hydraulic pump. Do you know where you can acquire these? It has 3 hours on the machine. It worked great going off the trailer and then quit. Hydraulic pressure is 700.
Can I purchase just the hydraulic filter adaptors/fittings from you? I have the filter, housing, and oil cooler. It would make my life easier not having to figure out I need.
Will you be coming out with any other kits for other Chinese mini excavators? I recently purchased a QH12 and really would like to purchase a kit like this for it
im not quite ready but lots of these machines here and im sure others in Canada would like to know .Awesome videos and products \solutions. THANK YOU SIR !@@thegarageconnection
I have a Hightop HT10BZ which looks almost identical to your machine. I bought it with a factory oil cooler. Would you sell me a kit without the cooler - just the filter, fitting, and hose?
Note: When I drained the hydraulic tank to install the filter I fished the bottom with a magnet and came up with some metal debris. Some of it looks like shavings from drilling. Be sure to check and clean your tank.
@@thegarageconnection Too bad... the hoses are the parts I was trying to avoid making. I ordered a hydraulic radiator on Amazon a month ago that just arrived, so I will just go with what I have. I'll shoot you the information on the hoses I end up buying, in case you will find it useful.
Not sure why everyone is going crazy for hydraulic oil coolers, unless your running it 10 hours a day 7 days a week then maybe it’s feasible other that that the oil doesn’t get that hot. The filter is about all you’ll need, add an oil cooler and filter to the engine. It’s oil is well above 220 degrees, yea I know it’s splashed lubricated but you can add a pump, oil cooler and filter and pipe the return back into the valve cover to help cool the head.
The hydraulic oil in this mini excavator easily gets over 185 degrees on a normal spring or fall day, and at oil temp over 185 degrees the fluid life is 12.5% of what it is at 140 degrees.
@@thegarageconnection love the generic article, no mention of what iso viscosity to temp. I’ve seen plenty of tractors and excavators with hyd oil temps in the 180 run for years with no problems half with the factory oil.
@@Inwetrust-qy2ly Viscosity is irrelevant. If you overheat oil it breaks down. If you know "plenty" of machines that run high temps with factory oil you probably work for government, where the machines are beat to sh!t, ran to death, are junk internally, and sold to suckers at auction. You can run a Brigs motor on break-in oil it's whole life if you want. Sure it will still run, but cam bearings, rings, and cylinder walls will be trashed. But hey "iT sTiLl rUnS". smh

Let's go with the h15 kit.
Yes, I want one too! Seems as though this guy is always perpetually "Sold Out". Bummer. :(
diggit em15 are you gonna do a kit for them
Thanks for putting in the work. When I get my H12 I will get the kit from you.
Looks like this kit will work on my vicsec vc13c 👍
It appears there is a ton of crossover on the kits
I looked carefully at this video....very elegant design. Great work

Agree with all other comments concerning performance data on this kit. We need some numbers.

Is the QH12 the same as the H12, or would this not work?
Nice job 🏆🏆👍
How about inverting the boom cylinder to reroute the hoses out of direct fire and also fabing a shield / guard for the piston shaft.
Very impressive, sir. Following for an ff12 hydraulic cooler kit. Or just a part number for the cooler and fittings
Send me an email we can discuss
Would it be possible to put a bigger motor and bigger hydraulic pump on a agt l12?
Will this fit a QH13

Great video
I own a H12 debating whether or not it needs a cooler
Have you tested your cooler setup to show how much it decreases temp?
Can someone explain where the filter line goes from the back after entering the filter housing. I can’t tell how it routes after the filter

Fans draw 3.4amps each while running at speed. I had them blowing into the engine compartment
Thanks for the videos. I've learned a ton from watching them. Do you think this kit could be fitted for the AGT DM12-C?
Any word on this?!
do you have a filer kit for agt lh12r they already have cooler no filter
Do you offer a replacement fan motor? The one for my kit doesn't work anymore.
I think my AGT QH 12R hydraulic pressure is set too low, do you know what upper pressure limit is safe ?
2500psi is perfect

Do you offer just the filter option with required hoses? I dont run the machine that long and never had cooling issues
Could you do a video of the installation of this kit?
Very interesting. Would this Fit a QH12R. Slightly different layout.
Still working on that kit
I also have QH12R. Hope you get the kit nailed down for it. Great work!
Can you please make an video how to change hydraulic.oils
I have a dk 12.. they look identical.. will this kit work on it?
DK12 is a QH12 so it will not work
Are you still building these kits?
When will these be back in stock?
Hey my friend. Kit is sold out, any idea how long until more are on the site ? Thank you!
Very impressive
Will this fit a kymron rg14g?
I was going to pick one up but I see it's sold out. You know when it will be back in stock?

Did you check the pressure relief valve. Is it adjustable. I believe he's also got a video on how to adjust them.
Wonder if it’ll fit the H15. Looks like the same hydraulic system, not sure about the size of hose though.
Your return line fittings take a 27mm wrench? Hose size of return is 5/8 100R1?
When are you getting more in stock?
I'm going to get a kymron min excavator well that kit work on it?
If it is the H12 style with hydraulic tank in engine compartment it should work

Any word on this?
@@TheFatPeguinBand I gave up on this guy. Wouldn't ever answer my replies or emails. So I bought an oil cooler from Amazon and figured it out myself
Please let me know if you plan a kit for the FF12, or similar, with factory installed filter. I would be interested, thanks!

How about a kit for the QH12?
It’s coming I promise
