- This kundalini yoga kriya is a rather lovely all-over body workout! It's the kriya for the lymphatic system, which means every part of the body gets an activation. The result - happy skin and free-flowing energy.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

After the headshakes, I felt like my energies where moving up like a rocket launching to a higher dimension.. My eyes were frozen up that i was struggling to pull them down to see the next kriya that you started.. and the next kriya made me feel like my higher self calling me closer with joy as if saying 'Yes.. You made it.. Come to me!' and then that 'Har..Har..Hari' chant made me feel like a marriage ceremony where I got married to my higher self.. Just like Sitaswayamvar where Sita got married to Ram.. I remember seeing Hanumanji's picture beside you once.. Just like Hanumanji, you are doing a selfless service for the love of God by guiding human souls so that they can merge to their AtmaRam! Jai Sri Ram! Jai Hanuman! Jai Yogigems!!! 😇🙏❤️🤍

Another wonderful class! I didn't realize how badly my cheeks and hands wanted to be shaken up like that! Felt so good to do that and release all the tension from those body parts! Awesome krya and chanting! I needed this as my lymphatic system often needs that energizing, per my perception. My cat is sick, and i am not sure what is going on with her. I heal her with Reiki energy and trying to get her to eat... but so far she is not able to eat normally, mostly she is trying to sleep, then vomit ... and i am stressing about it, yet... your yoga instructions help me to stay calm. Thank you for this new one!

My throat was a little sore and my gland was a little swollen but it feels better now. I really felt the energy flowing in various areas of my body! Question: when my eyes are focused on my 3 rd eye, do i press my tongue against the roof of my mouth? SAT NAM🙏🏾 Happy Full Moon in Capricorn!
Sat nam, dear Amy, I'm sorry you've been feeling a little sore throaty, and very glad you're feeling the healing from this kriya! Thank you for your question - in general, when the eyes are focused at third eye, we can touch the tip of the tongue to the gum line behind the two front teeth, and this will help us to focus. The tongue pressed to the upper palate is in certain kriyas, and is not a general rule/ tongue placement. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have more questions. Lots of love to you ♥️

Question.. how to know which ones are not good to do on moon days? and why is breath of fire for example not recommended then?
Thank you for the question, dear Ruthie, all kriyas are fine to do on moon days, but it depends on your body and how you feel during your cycle. We make adjustments as we need. Breath of fire stimulates the abdomen, and some say this can intensify the cramps, but again, it is very much to do with how it feels for you. It's a big lesson in listening closely to our body and prioritising its wisdom. I hope that helps. Lots of love to you ❤️
