    Very good! I did something similar once with the magic circle between the ankles. Love this flow and forgot how challenging it is and will add to my classes this week!

      Well you were the one who inspired me to start an IG page and that has been a blast. It opened new doors and introduced me to an entire community of mermaids.
      What I have been wanting to do from the start was to recreate some of your videos - or an interpretation of them - but in water. @@JohannaPilates

    I follow your instagram and love your workouts. The only thing I feel that is missing is just indicating what body part:muscles we are working. It helps to focus especially for form! Thanks please more videos!
