Hey the gas shut off valve isn't very visible or accessable?
Dude is trying to convince us that aquatherm pipe us better than copper...kinda hilarious😂
RACE was what they were thinking still are.
Your work is outstanding!! Real craftsmanship! Taking the time to do it right and make it serviceable for the future exemplifies your quality Sir!
Great job , I would like to get a bit more space between the zone valves other than that everything is perfect.
Wow ball valve on the expansion tank yes 👏🏽, ball valve on the air bleeder on top bravo 👏🏽 Jesus I haven’t seen anything like this 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Very good job, you are number 1. Success🎉
Beautiful , this is not just ‘s work it’s art
Holly buds you could make a killing just setting up trucks for other company's im so so impressed 👏
@@bradhankins5763 but if the employee doesn’t respect the system it fails ….it has to be a mutual understanding
Good woork brother
Awesome work! Just wish you used a unit that will work as hard as you did to install it. A South Korean POJ will die in 10, where Rinnai or Bosch wont!
I have a 30x50' shop with a 6-circuit system. I just built it and only have the slab components installed, and the manifold built and pressurized. I don't have gas to the property, So, my options are propane (I will bury a tank) or electric. I also love Navien but wondered if their electric boiler would work as well as the gas? What direction would you go? It's in southern Missouri so it's not super cold there. Thanks for any help, James and great work on this one. The "for Ian" was a class act! Great work! -Brian
@@Sea-Doopilot electric options always work …and can be clean
But propane would be the best for efficiency vs cost
What model is the circulator flange with shutoff and ports?
@@TechchnologyGuru calefacto
looks great. I like the iso's with the gage port. Looking for that on my next job. thanks
There is a zone labeled hot tub. Can you do a video showing how to integrate hydronic heating into the hot tub
Awesome job
i found your channel when i was researching boiler piping concepts for my own personal home boiler re-piping project (just finished and good to go for this coming heating season here in New England). Your work is quite handsome, like the angled supply and return zone headers, and like even more so there arent any press/crimp connex. Bravo!
Dang too bad you are so far up in PG
Beautiful. Thank you for the walkthrough. Love the personal touch with the memorial at the end. It shows you genuinely care about your customer and your work. This is the pinnacle of craftsmanship.
That's about as close to mind-blowing as I thought a boiler install could be. I would really love to see how you work with that Aquatherm piping, and how you go about pre-fabbing the parts and fitting it all so concisely on the backer boards. This is next level, and then some.
fit and nice
Great video, clean handsome work.
Howdy howdy, did you literally just solder straight to the navie clean I always have an issue you the brass ferrule they provide leaking.
@@braideng8069 I do for that reason
I enjoy your videos and think your installations are excellent. However, I have a constructive comment regarding your use of the term "reverse return." I've noticed you mention it a few times. In a manifold piping distribution system, a reverse return isn't necessary a : " reverse return or first fed/last return " regardless of the supply and return placement on the manifold. This is because the loops can have different lengths, causing water to take the path of least resistance. This is why factory built manifolds ( uponor) typically have balancing devices on the return side to adjust the flow through each loop. I can assure you my friend you can not call that a reverse return piping system/layout.
@@chulampimable you a 100 percent correct ….thanks for the thoughts I appreciate it
Great job on the work. I really enjoy seeing your final product. Do these systems tend to be more underfloor heating or radiator style heating?

You sound out of breath…
Got dam! A bit of passion!!!!
perfect as usual!
Work of art👍
Promo-SM 🤦
Nice job.
How much does something like this cost?
Gorgeous!Old school soldering.False wall, etc.brilliant.Be proud.Baking soda mix to clean/ neutralise flux and subsequent patina to keep it looking great yrs.fr.now would be good too. Some Pro_press joint jobs look alright too.Cut down on labour time.
Amazing passion sr.
Question? Why you didn’t use the feeder hydrologic inlet in the tank 1/2”
Congratulations clean job.. if the owner is very visual they will be very happy.
Going crazy with oversized zone pumps, not necessary for overly expensive and maintenance required systems. Wiping customers like there’s no end. I work on sky scrapers in NYC and a single pump does over 20 stories and over 1000 zones control valves. Poor customers don’t know any better, this is the problem when end users needs a heating system and they rely on a local plumbing company. Thumbs down 👎
Obviously you know NOTHING about pride in workmanship, this is not a 20 story building.
Where is the GRADGE ??
Artwork!
That's 80 to 100 k job.nice job , the owner deserves that beautiful job .That's why he paid for. Congratulations.
Any kind of quick stop or sharp turn seems like it would make a big mess.
All in the wrist !
I forgot to mention in my previous post another nice option when installing the valves is to stagger them two or 3 inches in other words your gas valve is two or 3 inches below your hot water valve then your cold water valve is two or 3 inches away from your Valve. That way you do not have issues with Val Handel hitting each other.
A really great effort however, your secondary ball valves to the left of the water heater are installed incorrectly. When you go to turn your ball valve handles you’re going to hit the other valve which is why I highly recommend turning them approximately 90°, ensuring that the handles pull towards you in the opposition not only will this prevent the handles from hitting each other. It also makes it plainly obvious to the homeowner if the valve is in the opposition as it looks very much out of place. Other than that a nice need installation the electrical outlet that you plugged into is perfectly fine however, I probably would’ve used a 4 inch handy box with a metal cover with a single outlet only to prevent the homeowner from plugging in additional items that may trip to breaker such as electric heaters, etc. , not a requirement but prevents future issues
that's amazing work. well done.
Gate valves, ball valves, o my
i cant wait to have a job like this someday with my future business. this is beautiful work love the creativity its like art. and that's why hydronics is the best!
Don't forget, all plumbing can be- and should be- a work of art. I always take before and after pictures, even if it's only a replumb under a sink.
@@christopherwilson2606 fair enough
A work of art, again!
Wow - plumbing approaching an art form. It’s like looking at a custom motorcycle. Both attractive and functional. I know that some custom motorcycles can cost in excess of $50k, and can imagine that this system might be about the same.
Size pump boiler?
Absolute perfection! ❤
