Sir, I agree with the lowest price that people take. They will either pay now....OR....pay later. I've been a plumber/pipefitter/boiler service tech, ect since starting doing work when I was in high school in 1983. I can say you have done a job WAAYYYY above and beyond!!! IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!! NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL, BUT FUCTIONAL AS YOU DESCIBED IN THIOS VID!!!! WOW!!!! I don't see many younger guys taking prided in their work anymore. It's always seems to be just get in and get it done. Your are worth your weight inn gold! MUCH RESPECT!!!!
You are proud of your work and you should be. There are many out there like you, and I wish the news media would focus on the good in humans rather than....well, lets focus on boiler installs! Be well.
On your thermometers for your delta t, have you thought of using tri-dicators? We use them. Pressure and temp in one. They're very easy to read too. You're boss level work as always.
First time I've seen old pro-press fittings and as expected they're leaking. I don't understand why some people think they're the cats ass these days...its an elostomer seal! Elastomers always fail in time.
James each time you do one of these boilers you raise the bar on the quality of the installation I’m getting ready to install a fire tube boiler . In my own house I have to install a low-water cut off where would you install it on a fire tube boiler .
close to the boiler in the case of the Navien they have an outlet on the top for such a device but regardless its should be placed above the boiler and above all pumps return or supply side does not matter
why would you need a auto vent on the expansion tank bracket/manifold? and that Bypass you set up on the neutralizer condensate drain will never be seen and untreated acidic water will simply destroy the condensate pump.
@@canuckmechanical6490 thanks so much for that info I will look into those here in Colorado keep up the great work you guys do hard to find that anymore a company and there people that take pride in there work!!
Honestly the best
On youtube. Fact. .
Wow ball valve on the expansion tank yes 👏🏽, ball valve on the air bleeder on top bravo 👏🏽 Jesus I haven’t seen anything like this 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

One of the cleanest jobs I ever seen!
I've learned more in 20 minutes watching your video than in the last 2 days trying to find system layout instructions. Thank you.
Not only you are veryyyy very successful at boiler Installs and clean instal excellent!!! But good also at teaching THANKYOU!!😀
Your work is second to none....would have liked to see how you vented it at the roof have never seen one vented that way.
Check out the video released today it will show you more

Very clean. You work New Jersey. I’ll hire you. Great, beautiful and clean. I always say clean means you care.
I think he is in Canada 🇨🇦
Great videos, very helpful! Adrien from Upstate NY

Job security.. 😢 win for the tradesman, loss for the customer.
Here in the south we call em, "get the airs out-of-theres." 👍
Thanks for the video that’s a masterpiece. Why should we not use propress on heating systems?
Glycol can wrap through the fittings
Where did you get the isolation valves for the pump with the 1/8” not ports for the temp gauges ? I’ve searched everywhere ….
Are wolseley branch in Prince George Carry’s them

Thank you great video, I’m near London On, will start building our new home in Nov. where can I get a quote and can I have 10 zones for heating?
there would be a bit of travel time from BC TO ONTARIO;)
where is the Prv on the water main there?
Very nice. Love the way you plan these systems. I just would rather see you use Bosch instead of Navien
Not common enough in This region yet
I see you've been watching Mikey Pipes? The fire tube models don't have the horrendous leaking heat exchanger design
why would you need a auto vent on the expansion tank bracket/manifold? and that Bypass you set up on the neutralizer condensate drain will never be seen and untreated acidic water will simply destroy the condensate pump.
Would you be able to do a parts list in the description?
What's the reason to install that zone control. Can you would run the circulator pump with a relay box. Just question?
Yes you could but the controller cleans everything up
Do you have a contractor in the San Francisco area?
Unfortunately no:( but we are starting a hydroponics branch in Birmingham England next year but sadly no help there
Great job where did you get those black pipe supports for the 3/4” copper pipes
There are called pipe stays and they are at all our suppliers

What grundfos model hot water recirculation pump would you recomend for one of these combi boilers ?
Any benefit insulating all those copper pipes?
How much would you charge for a job like this?
Who makes those black pipe clamps?
They are called pipe stays
How do you balance the flow in each zone?
Wanna come to the states and redo my setup?
Anything is possible
Amazing install, I would have used PEX A instead of PEX B
Spray paint the pump wire. ❤
Touché
Look like Navian have a big issue with heat exchanger, and motherboard
Fire tube models don't have the horrendous leaking heat exchanger design found in Mikey Pipes videos
