I love it. These videos have helped me tremendously. Thank you and thanks for taking pride in your work. Imagine in even half the tradesfolk out there had this level of pride in workmanship?
Beautiful install 2 things tho. 1st no low water cut off or high limit switch? Second that pipe had a massive lawsuit. Mac Miller had a ton of that install in high-rise buildings, and it's failing big time. But the pipe that is failing is bigger diameter and on a massive system. I think it had something to do with the expansion inside the pipe. Just a heads up
Completely agree about the valve kit. Pain in the ass that the 3/4 gas inlet runs in front of the bleed valve. Good shit sir. Sorry for the flood of comments. Love your work.
James , Outstanding job , That is not a boiler retro fit.. it is a Mechanical work of art !!!!! who makes those fitting with the valves and the gauge ports on the Grundfus circulators ???? that is a nice touch and great to diagnose any future problems ..
Your work is ART !!! .......I am really interested in the hydraulic separator your using.... My Navien placement was difficult or should I say impossible to use their manifold system......I think this hydraulic separator would fit perfectly. Can you supply me with its manufacturers name and model please? Thank you
Simply Amazing! Lost for words. I wish every tradesmen took pride in their work like you and I do. God bless.

Pretty clean and nice job, but I was wondering why water feed was piped to hydronic separator and no LWCO

The board on those I love.
The fact you can wire three zones directly to the unit is dope as shit. What material is this?? (The piping)
Aquatherm OKAY. Are multiple air separators required when doing multiple zones?

very clean install . was there any savings on using aquatherm pipe and fitting vs copper ?

Look up calefacto hydronic separator….they do make the job look so much better
Oh my goodness 😳 this is beautiful
Nice work
Can we see how you vented it out the roof?
Do you work in Victoria, BC?
Anything is possible
I like soldering copper but the customer really takes a hit in labor cost. Luckily, we have faster options available these days.
Dude is trying to convince us that aquatherm pipe us better than copper...kinda hilarious😂
