I love your installs. I'm installing an NCB240/130H in two weeks and I'm gonna have it look like one of yours. Thank you for the videos. Ps. Please stop using the gas valves, the port is soo dam small. I always use full port ball valves. 😊
I forgot to mention in my previous post another nice option when installing the valves is to stagger them two or 3 inches in other words your gas valve is two or 3 inches below your hot water valve then your cold water valve is two or 3 inches away from your Valve. That way you do not have issues with Val Handel hitting each other.
A really great effort however, your secondary ball valves to the left of the water heater are installed incorrectly. When you go to turn your ball valve handles you’re going to hit the other valve which is why I highly recommend turning them approximately 90°, ensuring that the handles pull towards you in the opposition not only will this prevent the handles from hitting each other. It also makes it plainly obvious to the homeowner if the valve is in the opposition as it looks very much out of place. Other than that a nice need installation the electrical outlet that you plugged into is perfectly fine however, I probably would’ve used a 4 inch handy box with a metal cover with a single outlet only to prevent the homeowner from plugging in additional items that may trip to breaker such as electric heaters, etc. , not a requirement but prevents future issues
Your installations are top notch my man. You may want to look at a popular UA-camr Mikey pipes channel regarding navien boilers. He’s been coming across a lot of issues with navien boilers. Keep up the great work 👍
