Cut the shroud in half, then make tabs to pop rivet it back together after fitting, and seal the Japanese int with duct tape. Problem solved mate. Without the shroud, the fan isn’t as effective

Yeah! Guessed right it, is was a stone guard, for unpaved roads? Just wondered why the same fabricator did'nt do guards for the headlamps, aka like you used to see on rally cars? Great vlog mate!

As you know I own 3761, which is gutted and being converted to a RV, I have now purchased a merc… could you do me a favour and ask the museum if any others lot stole 2 big batteries from Marsden … to return them my 2 were stolen.

Wish I could have assisted. You did well. Glad the radiator arrived. That shroud is important but if it doesn't slog hard, should hopefully be ok. You can fit it in future and maybe replace the main hoses while you're at it. Keep an eye on that temperature guage!

I feel your pain mate, I had to do a rad and intercooler on a mk3 Volvo B10M, and they are hefty beasts

I'm a just retired coach operator in the uk, l owned and loved my Leopards. A joy to drive with the gb 350 ,went to DAF ,fantastic coaches,we operated tour's to Spain and Europe but l called it a day at 76 years old after 52 years of driving and repairing!

It could be the exhaust valve in the ped so al weeping mate. Sounding sweet though. My mate Paul Goldtnotpe has a 1975 AN68 with the pedestal shift, that was rebodied when 2 years old after an engine fire, it is a Roe body with National bus poppy red livery, regd MUA865=c and it lives at Dewsbury bus Museum alongside my old 1981 National 2 XUA73X. Welcome back Steve!! Awesome work on the bus getting those doors sorted. I'm about to do a Resto on one of my gear shifters that colour, is that, a royal blue?? That's what they used, and that Brown, wonder if I have to get that paint made up? Can't make my mind. I don't really have any of that paint left on any parts . Still sounds like a Leyland 😂. A few buses from York where I worked ended up in LA and Frisco.

When I was in Europe 25 years ago nearly all the buses had Voith transmissions. I can hear it's the same situation in LA! Weeeeooooh. Washington DC had ex London MCWs running around doing hop on hop off duties years ago.

This was a good one. I'd rather explore that side road 2:22 then see that kitsch in the town. The scenery is breathtaking like you're in a movie. Even LA looked incredible from that rooftop. I'm glad you were able to recharge after that ridiculous arrival time.

It looks so artificial. I got my fill of Vegas with the TV series of the same name with Robert Urich and his red Thunderbird. There were ex London Leyland Titans in use there at some point. I got to ride some in London itself!

When I was in Vegas in 2017, I stayed at the New York New York hotel and casino. Wasn’t to bad, My only complaint was the drop for the roller coaster was outside my window. So at all hours every time it dropped you’d get the screams of the riders. Had fun, But unfortunately when I was there in March 2017 one of those Duece double deckers were held hostage. The whole strip was shut down around lunchtime, Had SWAT the Police the works there. Saw and heard the initial gunshots as I was on tne other side of the strip at the time, Unfortunately 2 people were shot with 1 fatal. The night before when We got I got into town the Rolex store was held up and another shot fired and another fatal. So 2 fatal shootings in a 24 hour period, Haven’t been back to Vegas since. Give Me Sydney any day, As I’m a Penrith / Lower Blue Mountains kid through and through.
