THIS GUYS WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I think
not only ceo. Managers in cognizant are really pathetic .my manager ask me bring the vegitable ,bring the rum bottle so he will give me good ratings.they are technically zero.but in the case of polishing they are hero.If cognizant wont change the manager who are there from last 5 to 10 years then after 10 year . you wont see cognizant exist in this world.
Bad experience waiting for on boarding aftet Digi verification. So far unimpressive bgv process - very unimpressive
I have joined Atos syntel as a fresher and matched in one legacy project. But initial 2023 they started layoff people ,they fired my batchmates infront of me i was afraid and started searching new job.Now i am in notice period and having offer from accenture.Happy to leave atos😂
No Projects in Atos.
Brian Humphries was good. He spent 1 billion for employees retention plan.
yes he did that, but too late. from 2019, he really disturbed everything in the company and realized late that he needs to cover for it now.
Heard that Atos bought Siemens, the company that built the gas chambers for the Naz1es in WW2. Atos has all but lost their contract to find sick and disabled people 'fit' for work in spite of GPs' sick notes and consultants' diagnoses. It has gained a reputation for misreporting the symptoms and extent of disability of numerous claimants over a considerable period of time. Despite denying it for years, it has reportedly been financially incentivising 'disability assessors' to mark claimants as fully fit. Now Atos share price has crashed from €11.5 to approx €9.5 in just one day. This nasty and useless company deserves all the bad karma it has stirred up.
Hi I have offer for cognizant can I joined I have 5. 8 year experience currently working with Wipro give me 15 lpa and cognizant give me 19 lpa
Not sure what your source is currently. The company's data is not to be trusted. Moreover they hire the not so cream layer of the market so the employees are un employable with other employers. Thats why the attrition is low. The company is not liked at all by its employees
BH is an outright psychopath.
I've started working at this place in january 2023 I can confidently say, joining this company has been the worst decision of my life
do you want to share more detail. why you felt that?
Hi Sir. I have 7.3 years of experience. I have two offers at present. 1) Citi Bank offer for 27LPA fixed and 2)Alcon offer for 33.5LPA(29.5 Fixed+4 Var).+ Joining bonus Could you suggest which is the best option in terms of WLB and job security. I would like to settle down for long time. Kindly suggest.
i would be hesitant to give any advice to smart people like you. market is rewarding you for your capability. It would be foolish of me to advise you.
@@BingeLearn I'm your loyal follower, subscriber. I need your suggestion. Don't be hesitant. Kindly post your opinion
Could you maybe consider making a video explaining what these different numbers mean and how they are arrived at...I want to understand what these numbers mean... How do I read these numbers
Thanks for suggestion. But i think there are wonderful videos on these topics already. I would never be able to match their quality. Please do check them
Brian has single handedly spoiled careers of many. He was my LinkedIn connection. I wanted to ping him and tell him many things directly. But, He has quit LinkedIn.
Haha. I saw his exit post as CEO. But did not know that he left linkedin. He got a lot of abuse after his termination
@@BingeLearn He called it on himself. When he joined he articulated many things nice. I was hopeful. But..... what a waste it has been. It has impacted me personally as well.
🤣
I just joined 1 month back I am planning to abscond because they have given me pune location I want Mumbai ?? They will take any legal action on me if abscond???
i cannot really advise on that. its very big decision. please be careful of side effects on your career
I have the opportunity to start dual studying business Informatics for either Atos, PwC or EY, initially I wanted to go for Atos, since they are a true IT company but now I am not sure anymore. What of those three companies do you think has the brightest future?
after so many quarters ATOS has performed better recently. this brings stability and gives them time to do the damage control
Dont Join cognizant , more psycho managers ,Sitting idle and playing their saddiest attitude to employees
i heard from a senior manager recently, even he was complaining.
@@BingeLearn Am not getting what are you saying?
On the salary side, u are comparing the salary (and the costs) of US and India together?! Not fair
this is over an year old video . i will have to watch it again. doesn't recall clearly.
Hi. I'm joining soon in Citi Bank as Manager level employee. Got 60% hike. Can I join? Job security is good in Citi?
Invesment banking is fine. Retail banking had issue

no. i recorded this last year in April. this is an archive from last year

Currently I am Atos's employee, Working for their KPO (Tied with State Street). Should I stay there or leave?
i think company is stablising these days. if there is better opportunity , why not. but not due to some fear.
Im a fresher and working in accenture since February and I have taken 7 pkts. I failed the last one with one mark. Now they didn't fire me nor allowing me to wrk in workbench. Where will this take me. Im accenture employee associated with linkdln
no idea, how they would respond
7-8 years experienced people getting 25 lpa + is high only for service based companies, right? Anyways, despite all the layoffs, I don't see any salary correction in the Market. 7-8 years are still getting 30 lpa +
Yes. But 7-8 years 30 lakh is not sustainable in service industry. That changes whole business logic. If they are getting now, they will not get in future
I don't understand where is it safe now to work? Product based or service based? Seems like it's risky everywhere.
IT is contract job
It depends on various scenarios
Do we need to change job in this case ? Or in current scenario?
Recession means the risk is everywhere.
Admin after accenture layoffs is tcs also planning to layoffs employees soon please tell correctly
TCS employees earn pennies...whts the use of layoff thr
@Abhishek true. But companies change with time. So lets se
@Abhishek its also holding whooping 6 lakh of employees , how they supposed to pay?
Any thing to worry for TCSers. Heard they never fired anyone in the past.
I dont think so. TCS HR said they will infect Hire more. But when they comeup with results in next 20 days, situation will be clear
TCS bhi near future layoff pattern shuru karega
@@roshnray6566 they have not fired a single employee in 2008 recession, which was almost double as compare to the current one, so the chances are less.
@@roshnray6566 TCS culture is not firing. But we need to observe closely. Market conditions decide
Hi sir, i'm working in Accenture and I'm a fresher was given a project in January 2023 they scheduled kt session next week for me, will there br any job problem for people like me
I do not think so. freshers are important for every IT company. Specially if you are on a project. This Layoff is not going to happen tomorrow. it should be happening in next 6 months gradually.
what about capgemini employess? will they also do layoffs?
I do not want to spread a fear. We need to wait for more data points from other companies. in next 1 month much will be clear. Many companies are coming up with data soon
Working in Accenture and was on maternity leave and joined back but non billable and looking for project.. Will it impact my job
Yes it will impact definitely, please upload your resume in naukri portal asap
The layoff, its their ambintion . They have not decided who will go. People in last 2 tears got very expensive for company. They will get rid of them first. Then skills, anybody withothut skills and without project will be impacted. They have huge order book, they still need lot of people to deliver those orders.
Hey what about those who are in accenture from. 1.4 years experience and currently billable to a client in a project which just started, will they fire even those people's?
Its good to have project. You are bringing revenue to company. Why would they fire
Hi i have been working in acccenture since 1.5 years . And i m in a project . Should i effect ?
Same here
Billed people should be safer. Now your foucs sholud be to become an important memeber in you project
How much time it will take to get situation normal ?????
The answer is there in the video . Please watch full video
I am working in a startup company as a BA ....so should I worry....my all projects are US based

And what's your thought on employees of Cognizant who are having 1.1 year of experience and billable, but haven't assigned any work till now in project?
To me , Cognizant employees should be safest Because company cannot afford that mistake. but you never say never.
@@BingeLearn thanks sir
Great Video Sir, Also I think this will create a ripple effect in the market and major MNCs are going to fire non-billable employees i.e., employees which are on bench.
people had lot of fun and unrealistic expectation in 2021 and 2022. it is all coming back to bite now
@@BingeLearn thanks sir
@@BingeLearn so it affects even in tcs also??
I’m currently in an internal project , current exp is 3yrs, should I be worried??
i think expensive and senior resources become first target of any firing. But irrespective, we all should keep our backup plan handy. Even CEO's are being fired. you saw example of TCS ceo few days ago and ealrier Cognizant CEO faced the same thing
I got a news like Accenture is planning to layoff from Hindustan Times is it true ?
The video is ob the way tonight
Hi can you estimate now like this recession will end and market will get better when ?
Kindly share details about Cognizant
Can you share salary trends in 2023 & 2024 for embedded engineers
That will be interesting. Salary trends for 2023. I will do that
As per the insider news, Gopinath didn't come weekly thrice to office plus some Mandatory courses were not completed plus he didn't complete PULSE survey and he didn't complete 2 external certification as per the appraisal goals..... and hence he was asked to resign.
Haha. I hope you are being sarcastic
Your prediction was so accurate sir
His performance was weak. I never thought that he will resign without completing his second term for 5 years due to Tata's culture. But It was evident that his performance was below par. Hist 50 billion target by 2030 is also a very tough task looking at his performance so far.
This is the first time I watched your video. Tell me something honestly, if you can. Do you do any research at all, if so, would very much like to see that? not talking about spilling some figures already available on the internet. It seems all your script is just sensational narrative.
Good to see you Satyaki. even if it is only once. I create 1 video in 30-40 or 50 days. look around . 1 video a day by so many people. Senationalization has a different definition. you sensationalize things for your own gains. Here i do not see any gain. So definitely that is not a goal. Second point: Do i research ? I work in this industry in a very senior role. I observe these discussions around me. Facts are always provided by company itself in each research. Each publicly listed company provides data points as per the company rules.. So even big companies like Mckinsey uses the same data points
most worthless discussion, only target audience is fresh college graduates and NONE ELSE
This was a comparison for people who do not understand this world. Means beginners. The video doesn't claim , it is for experts. Though I agree, this could have been better even for freshers. Though somehow People like this video.
I joined Cognizant recently as a fresher. I'm very much upset by their policies and I see no future here. Almost every other fresher I know in Cognizant want to leave Cognizant as soon as they get experience.
things willl settle down soon. Market is very tough now. and New CEO is addressing this problem
