Hey what about those who are in accenture from. 1.4 years experience and currently billable to a client in a project which just started, will they fire even those people's?
And what's your thought on employees of Cognizant who are having 1.1 year of experience and billable, but haven't assigned any work till now in project?
Great Video Sir, Also I think this will create a ripple effect in the market and major MNCs are going to fire non-billable employees i.e., employees which are on bench.
Hi Sir. I have 7.3 years of experience. I have two offers at present. 1) Citi Bank offer for 27LPA fixed and 2)Alcon offer for 33.5LPA(29.5 Fixed+4 Var).+ Joining bonus Could you suggest which is the best option in terms of WLB and job security. I would like to settle down for long time. Kindly suggest.
Im a fresher and working in accenture since February and I have taken 7 pkts. I failed the last one with one mark. Now they didn't fire me nor allowing me to wrk in workbench. Where will this take me. Im accenture employee associated with linkdln
Hi sir, i'm working in Accenture and I'm a fresher was given a project in January 2023 they scheduled kt session next week for me, will there br any job problem for people like me
I do not think so. freshers are important for every IT company. Specially if you are on a project. This Layoff is not going to happen tomorrow. it should be happening in next 6 months gradually.
@@roshnray6566 they have not fired a single employee in 2008 recession, which was almost double as compare to the current one, so the chances are less.
i think expensive and senior resources become first target of any firing. But irrespective, we all should keep our backup plan handy. Even CEO's are being fired. you saw example of TCS ceo few days ago and ealrier Cognizant CEO faced the same thing
I do not want to spread a fear. We need to wait for more data points from other companies. in next 1 month much will be clear. Many companies are coming up with data soon
The layoff, its their ambintion . They have not decided who will go. People in last 2 tears got very expensive for company. They will get rid of them first. Then skills, anybody withothut skills and without project will be impacted. They have huge order book, they still need lot of people to deliver those orders.

Its good to have project. You are bringing revenue to company. Why would they fire
And what's your thought on employees of Cognizant who are having 1.1 year of experience and billable, but haven't assigned any work till now in project?
To me , Cognizant employees should be safest
Because company cannot afford that mistake. but you never say never.

It depends on various scenarios

@@roshnray6566 TCS culture is not firing. But we need to observe closely. Market conditions decide
Do we need to change job in this case ? Or in current scenario?
Recession means the risk is everywhere.
