I've watched quite a number of videos from your channel and I am must say I have rarely come across such well researched and insightful content about the IT industry. As someone who knew only how to code I could never comprehend these aspects of how an organization functions. A lot of freshers and even experienced folks fail to take into account these factors while considering an employment opportunity. This is truly educational. Hello sir! I have watched almost all the videos of yours about the beginning it career. Those are very Informative and helpful.
But currently i am freshers from non it dept with decent programming knowledge and selected in tcs ninja (3.36 package) and capgemini analyst (3 in training and 4 from July).
I would like to get a good training and learn about new technologies as experience in my first few years. So sir which one would be better for me?
I am really confused as tcs provide good job security but capgemini is paying little bit extra and their training is also good as far as i heard.

To me TCS is a better choice. All big IT companies have a big problem . Employee may start on support projects. So if you are ready to learn and take control of that for next 2 year atleaast, you will do wonder in future. So please ignore the salary difference at the moment. It's not 100 meter sprint but a marathon. Don't be in hurry. You will get your dues for sure

PAT is better. HCL though offering bit higher but known to destroy careers. This can happen in CTS also or in any company. So please stay connected on this platform i keep covering lot of topics. EBS has enough takers at the moment but the issue is, it's not fastest growing segment. So as employee, it is always better to find growing skills. That gives you better chance

1) 16 lpa lpa in current small size company.
2) Join TCS for same lpa

It depends. if small size company is exciting . why not. TCS you know is a great choice. but if you are comfortable and getting a good deal at smaller company, you can certainly do that.
