A PE firm bought shares in 2017 and then took a profit and dumped stock. Ravi Kumar was insignificant at Infosys hence he was never made CEO except old timer, For Cognizant nothing will change, would love to discuss this with the presenter here,Ravi Kumar himself will quit in few months he is just a marketing guy for himself, not a leader but opportunistic person, Cognizant has structured issues it will go down further from its current rank.
I do not know Ravi Kumar however calling former president of Infosys a mediocre, i wouldn't do that. Cognizant a company which has an order book of 23 billion, I don't think there is any structural problem. you think there is structural problem, Please do share. I am happy to learn from you.
@@BingeLearn dear, a lot of former president in IT or of any country does not guarantee a certificate of excellence, I am saying he reached his Peter principle level long ago. About Cognizant it’s past or present number are not going to move as big due to him, check why on LinkedIn he has not yet posted a single message of this new role, basically his plans are all in air. He is a Marketer not leader, under his president ship infosys removed toilet tissue paper from India location 😂
@@nirjharrajawat2222 New CEO was supposed to join Cognizant on 16th Jan. Looks like he preponed the plans by 1 week or so. This quarter ended on Dec 31 2022. So feb is not the right parameter. also he is just joining in, even a junior employee is given 6 months probation. So Any right assessment will be done after 1 year.

As passed out of aug 2022 student, i want to suggest my juniors to not join cognizant it has no business demand and it has already crossed one year and i didnt get single rupee from cognizant nor onborded as an fte

Senationalization has a different definition. you sensationalize things for your own gains. Here i do not see any gain. So definitely that is not a goal. Second point: Do i research ? I work in this industry in a very senior role. I observe these discussions around me. Facts are always provided by company itself in each research. Each publicly listed company provides data points as per the company rules.. So even big companies like Mckinsey uses the same data points
