One random thought - Instead of announcing dividends for share holders, can a company give bonus or incentives to their employees...? It may help them in retaining employees.
Share holders are the bosses of Top management boss. Everyone want their bosses to be happy. besides that, the reality is. People are getting over 100% hike and in that case no matter how much you incentivize them. They will go. I am planning to talk about a huge risk all these high flyers are facing.... very soon.

Prodapt doesn't tell you what your role will be whereas Cogninzant we all know has usual training period followed by project allocation. in both cases you don't know untill you get a project how it will turn up. in that case, it is better to go with tried and tested name. Prodapt we don't have much information in public domain. so i would go for GenC elevate provided you take control of your learning . Sir I have offer letter of wipro 3.5L, capgemini 4L, LTI 4L and expleo 3.5L. I am really confused which to accept. My main intrest is gaining knowledge and also good exposure and increment. Can u please suggest me which company to accept.
Capgemini is my preference however difference b/w cap and wipro is not big. As a fresher, please avoid some mistakes i listed in one of the video, please check my channel. More than company, its how you handle this transition from being a student to and employee will make big difference.

The package you are getting, you will have to see slower growth going forward. At your exp I see no problem even at ITC. But WLB will not be there. Else wipro is fine.
That's revenue per employee. Then expense per employee, support staff like hr, finance,payroll ...cost, infra cost... travel cost....emp salary. .after deducting all that..net margin for infy is around 20%. So close to 11000 dollars per emp per year is the net profit per emp for company.
